I had made a reservation for my service and was taken right on time Fred explained what was needed for my Venza and a little over an hour later my car was ready to go - along with a free car wash I, in that time was able to enjoy a hot cup of tea and watch TV in their comfortable waiting area When I was driving home it started to shower and I needed to use my new Toyota wiper I was very pleased that it was so quiet and not like the noisy wiper that I had bought at Autozone a few months ago
I came in to make an appointment for a 70,mile cheand was helped by Stan He was great, made the appointment and was there the following Tuesday at 7:30am He took me to the waiting area and pointed out everything available It was a total pleasure having my car taken care of by your dealership!
I only deal with Stan RIn the service deptbecause he really seems to go out of his way for a customer,doesn't rattle easy if it's busy and keeps me posted of any unexpected delays which I feel is important
Tim *** and staff were great and efficientBy chance I saw my sales rep Jeffery *** and he wanted to make sure everything was OK vehicle wise and asked about my family's well-being
I came in for an oil change, headlight restoration and discovered that my front brakes needed replacing as well as a "dog bone" in my engine. I appreciated the fact that the mechanic took the time to show me exactly what he was looking at with the brakes and the "dog bone" which made agreeing to the repairs a much easier decision. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

Waiting room staff with no regard for customers sitting there . Three occasions
Having a loud discussion in hallway with a customer who they obviously knew . Blocked the walkway talking loudly with the customer in a foreign language which isn't the problem , the fact that they stood there blocking the way talking loudly oblivious to their sirtoundings in a place of business .
I experienced a very positive purchase with Bev Smith. There was no sales pressure and at closing the deal there were no unexpected fees. Would I recommend a family member or friend to Bev Smith ? ABSOLUTLY!
The agreed purchase price was also very fair.
As always the Bev Smith service department is the best, now if the sales and finance department would come close to service you would have an all around great dealership, great job service department!!!!!

I was immediately given a ride home and in about 3 hours they called to come pick me up - the car was done in the time I was told. No waiting, no wondering, no problem - just done.
