Our credit manager has called this guest and left a detailed message to call us back to resolve this issue including refunding of overdraft fees caused by usGuest will need to provide statement from their bank showing overdraft fees

1) This is the same message that Richard sent to me about minutes agoIt does not address all of my concerns
2) He says he had ample staffThis is for 7/* which is not the *** of July as he mentionedHis staff could not answer who the manager of the hotel wasThey had to ask the front desk manager
3) He sent me a screen shot, but I also went on Travelocity to pretend I was booking for another night to ensure that the taxes were labeled clearly before I contacted the hotelI did not see them at that timeEither way, the screen shot he sent to me was for $per nightMine was $Not sure which is itThe lady at the front desk also advised that the charge changes regularlySometimes it is $a night sometimes $a nightProbably fluctuates depending on a holiday weekendBut this seems like a rip off and should be notedSo this price includes the WIFI, gym access and cups of coffeeMy first concern is not everyone drinks coffee, so that goes to waste if you don't (like myself)This should be an option to purchase and not a requirementEspecially with several restaurants and shops near byThe lady also only told me this was for WIFI and coffeeNothing about a gym
4) It was more humid in the hotel and in our room than outsideNot sure if the hotel is split in quadrantsBut we noticed on Sunday night that the bar was very hotminutes later, it cooled downSame with our roomThis seems like something the hotel needs to work onNo reason for the hotel to be hotter than it is outside
5) Richard offered a discounted rate for a hotel if I choose to use them again or an upgradeFirst, we were provided with an "upgrade" or so they sayThe room was a bit bigger, but the beds were terrible and it was so hot probably due to the terrible ventilation systemI had a reservation for a standard kingThey had to "upgrade" because there were none availableWhat is the purpose to make a reservation if there was not one available? If Richard was really trying to fix the problem, he would have comped a roomNot provided a "discounted rate" only to be charged for something elsewhere
6) The elevators are the worstWe had to wait for minutes at time to get oneFinally, we would go up to only come back down
7) When leaving a *** review, I noticed how the hotel only has starsI should have done additional research for the hotelThe only positive thought on this hotel is locationOtherwise, there is nothing, but negative feedbackstar hotelI should have noticed that before
8) This is all over $I had a complaintI had sufficient evidence behind itBut all he wants to do is get me back there so he can charge me moreI want my reimbursement and to never set foot in this hotel again

I don't feel the level of service I received matches what I paid I'm simply asking for money to refund my cleaning fee, since they left my place a mess, and for the inconvenience of having to re-caulk the bathroom windows ourselves. I've attached pictures that I took when they left my house after re-caulking the bedroom windows These pictures don't do justice to the amount of cleanup that was required on my part. The reason my husband didn't mention the bathroom windows when Herb dropped off the grid is because we didn't know it wasn't done properly Again, we assumed it was done correctly, but when I went to paint recently is when I discovered that they did not the bathroom We had to move forward and take care of it ourselves. Based on the level of service I received, I feel this is more than fair.

We went ahead and investigated the matter and found no fraudulent activity to *** *** cardGuest stays at the hotel with his company and when he stays with said company they get 25% off of their laundry chargeWhen accounting did an audit they found *** *** to have been
given 50% off not the standard 25% off which is why his card was later charged the additional $We didn't realize there was a mishap that occurred which is why he was only charged the initial $*** *** has been credited back $25.00. *** ***,My apologies for what seems to have been a misunderstanding on what charges you were responsible for after booking through the Travelocity websiteI have attached a screen shot of what a woucustomer would see when navigating the Travelocity website in search of a roomit
states that a $daily charge (resort fee) is not included in the purchase price when making the reservationThe facilities fee (aka Resort Fee) is a mandatory standard charge ($15 + tax) at the Roosevelt Hotel. Included benefits for this fee are WiFi (which normally carries a cost of $19.95), all local phone calls placed from the room, 24hrs use of the gym, and as an added bonus, daily cups of Starbucks coffee from our lobby loungeAgain, the facilities fee is not an opt out option and is charged whether the included services are used or not.I'm not exactly sure what may have caused the issue and or confusion at the desk upon your departure on July ***Although I was off that day, I had ample managerial staff that would have been more than happy and capable of assisting with this matterIf you were to decide to give us another opportunity to make up for any misunderstanding and inconveniences, please contact me so that I may extend you either a discounted rate (based on availability) or complimentary upgrade in room type or both

I should have been alerted of the new balance on my account and/or sent an invoice to pay with whatever method I choose I feel that this was an attempt to rip me off by charging my card expecting me to not notice The entire laundry experience was shady The way that the laundry people added clothing items to the invoice after doing an inventory Once again, it seems that it was done expecting me to not notice I think this hotel needs to clean up its practices and that is why I informed the Revdex.com

regular business hours so that I could get inside her home to get proper measurements to repair her window and to verify that was the only problem Confused with her comment about interchangeable window brands with Peachtree which is not true She also stated that she was in a rush to get repaired prior to a party or event that was rapidly approaching I stated we are extremely busy and she might want to contact another glass company to make repairs faster I never received a cell phone call from her as she stated my office does not give out that information After weeks had gone by I assumed she had contacted another glass company as she was in a rush to fix her window When she contacted our company she was very rude to my office manager and complained about our service, etcagain not sure why she didn't try to contact any other glass company in all this time frame At this point I feel she will only be difficult when it comes time to get paid after we do the repairs if that's even possible ( I have never seen the windows at this point ) and suggest that another glass company may better serve her needs.Sincerely Brent R***

The storm window is made up of a main frame and a frame with glass in it (the storm panel). The storm panel is what we fixed because of the broken glass...which is properly fixed. The problem is that the main frame is not square and is not allowing the storm panel to go back in. We cannot do anything about the main frame not being square. Thank you

The customer is correct in what we told her.  However, it is not the storm window frame and glass that we originally replaced that needs "shaved down", the main frame of the storm window is crooked and we cannot get a square frame and glass back in a crooked main frame.  I do apologize...

that my crew left before putting the other one back in.  Herb.

I am rejecting this response because: He is lying as a man named Brent that told me he was a window rep. I had no idea he was the vice president. He  gave me his cell phone which was ###-###-####. I called him twice and left 2 different voice mails and my calls were never returned. Everything I stated in my complaint is true as I am one that takes notes and documents things. After being treated so rudely I no longer wish to do business with this company either. However I would like my complaint to remain on the Revdex.com website so that others can be warned of the way I was treated.

I don't  understand what he is saying. The frame is intact. The window sits in the space and is kept in position with braces. What are other options that can be done? If they can take the glass out of the frame they glued in we will get resized at another place. [redacted]s hardware said if we can get the frame off they can resize it. This is what the United Windows team said they were going to do. We are trying to call Herb to see if they can take the frame off.

Huffman Honda service department on September 26, 2015, at which time we performed necessary maintenance repairs, repair of oil leaks, and transmission service. When Ms. [redacted] returned to the service department on February 22, 2016, five (5) months later, the service department diagnosed the faulty valve body in the transmission. I explained to Ms. [redacted] that the valve body is an internal transmission component and that at that time of the September service, there was no way to know that the valve body would fail at a date in the future.While the failure of the valve body could not be anticipated at the time of Ms. [redacted]'s September service and there was a significant amount of time between the September service and the failure of the valve body, nothing is due or owed with regards to this complaint. However, as customer service and satisfaction is of the highest important to the staff of Neil Huffman Honda, I have authorized and sent a refund of $109.99 to Ms. [redacted] as she requested.Again, thank you for your assistance with helping us to resolve this matter.
