I am rejecting this response because: I advised CBCINNOVIS prior to filing a complaint that the information they provided did not confirm that I did authorized my creidt to be pulled when in fact I did not. CBCInnovis continues to take the necessary / responsible actions and remove the fraudulent inquiry. I have sent numerous letters with zero results thus the complaint. As of today since this simple matter of correcting a wrong cannot be resolved I am reporting this to the proper authorities and credit agencies as FRAUD / invasion of my privacy. Also, I have attached a copy of the letter I received on 5/25/17 from CBC, along with my response.Regards,
