Ordered free samples on online. credit card statement arrived two charges for $94.83 & 94.86 on 2/20/2020 Unable to reach company for refund.
I ordered the free samples of CBD oil and CBD cream for which I paid the postage on my credit card.When I received my next credit card statement there were two duplicate charges for the same exact amount,$94.83 and $94.86.I did not authorize ether of these charges. The first set of charges were charged to my account on 02/20/20120 from *** This are the charges that I was as of 4/20/2020 unable to secure a refund on, and as of this date I have not received these products.The set of charges for the same amounts that were from healthbrooksleep.com for $94.86 and healthbrookdiet.com for $94.83 I was able to obtain a full refund. As for the first set of charges for the same exact amounts when I contacted eyhealthlash.com in late March or early April by phone and stated that I did not authorize these charges was told that I would have to wait until I received the products and then return them in order to obtain my refund.I received my newest credit card statement on 04/18/2020 these charges from eythealthlash.com were still on my statement and as of 04/20/2020 I have not received these products. On 04/20/2020 I attempted to contact them by phone and a automated statement stated that the phone number 1-888-832-7958 out of California was not set up to receive incoming calls at this time. This was the same phone number that I contacted them on previously. So, as of this date I am unable to secure the product or a refund on my credit card.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $94.83 and $94.86 for a total of $189.69 to be credited back to my credit card.

Charged 2 times for a product I did not order. The charges were made on 2/22 in the amounts of $94.83 and $94.85 within one hours time.
I have tried to contact the eyhealthlash.com by phone and have waited up to 1/2 hour for them to answer the phone to no avail. I have no account # as I did not ordered from this company. I want a credit of $94.83 and $94.86.

A refund for charges in the amount of $94.83 and $94.86 made on 2/22/20.

My bank has contacted them and was able to get my refund.

Sera Labs is an unscrupulous business with conniving business practices. I ordered once and failed to check or uncheck a box for a subscription service. I'm not sure where this option was in the ordering process, but I came to the conclusion that it must have been "small print"! Imagine my shock when I received an email saying my next order had been shipped and charged to my credit card. I called customer service and cancelled my "subscription" and made arrangements to send this product back for a refund but Sera Labs refused to pay return shipping. I'm now paying over eight dollars to return a product I did not want. I can't express my displeasure with this company strongly enough!

I recieved an email from amazon stating fill out survey and get free gift, did the survey chose cbd oil free trial just pay shipping
I filed out a survey for amazon and was offered a free gift just pay shipping and handling. So I chose the cbd oil. When I recieved the cbd oil I also recieved a bottle of cbd sleep oil which I didnt order. I looked at my bank statement and on 9/28 and 9/27 there was $94.69 taken out of my account, and on 9/30 was another $93.19 taken out by the same company.I called the company on 10/2 and was told I had signed up for a monthly subscription for not filling out the cbd oil company survey which was supposedly in fine print before I placed the order for the trial bottle,which I never saw or recoeved.the customer service guy I talked to said I could not get a refund the only thing he could do is cancel my subscription.I asked if I could get a refund for the bottle of sleep oil since I didnt use it and he said the company does not except returned products. I should not be charge that much money for a 4oz bottle of cbd oil that dont even work and the other bottle of cbd sleep never ordered and never opened.

I discovered that they charge you after the trial, but they posted a email address and cancelled my subscription quickly. Their CBD oil is the only kind that really stops my pain. I just order 6 months worth of the CBD oil at one time. They even sent it through the shipper I requested. They seem to be trying to work with people now.

Fradulant unauthorized charges.
I responded to an email to participate in a an Amazon survey to receive a FREE gift worth $50. (Upon further review is see that at the bottom of the request in very small type is a disclaimer saying the survey is not authorized or affiliated with Amazon.) Upon completing the survey I was given a choice of gifts. The one chosen was the CBD product from Optimized CBD Health LLC. I was required to pay $6.95 for shipping to receive my free gift. Date: 01/03/2019. The charge showed on my account as RK Health Energy C Kissimmee FL. I just discovered that on 01/24/2019 an unathorized additional charge of $95.13 was charged to my account by the same company. I checked and found numerous similar complaints on the Revdex.com site for the same company. Apparently, this is an ongoing scam.

Desired Outcome

I will be contacting the company for a refund, although considering the complaints filed by others, I don't anticipate a resolution. I will also contact my credit card company.

Thank you for your call today. Unfortunately, once I confirmed that the bank had restored the funds in my account and no longer pending, I discarded the documentation I had. Here is what I can recall.

1/9/19 - Received an email designed to look as though it was from Amazon with an invitation to take a survey on my Amazon usage in exchange for a FREE gift. Once I took the survey I was given a list of gifts, none of which were of any use, with the possible exception of a bottle of CBD oil, which my wife uses to control her migraine headaches. The site said I only had to pay $6.95 for shipping. That was charged to my Debit Card.

I do not recall seeing anywhere on the website or confirmation emails that I was subscribing to anything.

01/24/19 - A charge for $95.13 from RK Health Energy Company, Kissimmee, FL turned up on my account.

I tried to contact RK Health Energy Company. There was no contact information on either the emails, websites, or packaging.

I then attempted to contact the company named on the product bottle. Optimized CBD Health LLC. Tampa, FL 866 251-4985 The number was disconnected.

Upon further extensive research, I found that both companies were owned by Richard A K. I located his home phone number ***. He was quite surprised to hear from me and referred me to his Customer Relations Department.

The customer relations department told me I had subscribed to a monthly supply of CBD, which, of course, I had not to my knowledge. After a rather heated discussion, they agreed to refund my money by providing a credit on my Debit Card.

When the Debit did not show up, I called the Customer Relations Department back. They said my bank had put a lock on my card and would not accept the credit.

I then called my bank. They said there was no such lock and that it was a common ploy of scammers.

I called the Customer Relations Department again and told them what the bank had said. They put me on hold to try the credit again. After several minutes they came back on the phone to tell me that, yes, there was a lock on my Debit Card account and their credit would not go through.

Calling the bank back (First National Bank of Omaha), they reiterated that there was no such lock and advised that I file an unauthorized activity incident report in order to recoup my funds and to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, which I did.

The bank issued a new Debit Card so no further unauthorized charges could be made.

As you know, my funds were eventually recovered.

More research has uncovered that Richard A K. has several businesses selling online cosmetic and CBD products, such as RK Health Products, RK Health Energy, and Optimized CBD Health LLC. Belladior Skin, Nutraiclabs Zenith X Sleep, Elixir Neuro Pro, Who knows how many others? These all have similar customer complaints. The common phone number is 866-251-4985, address 7512 Dr. Phillips Blvd, Suite 50-940, Orlando, FL 32819 (A UPS shipping and mailing store)

The scheme that runs through the various complaints I have read appears to be as follows:

1. Offer a free sample for postage paid only, preferably appearing as a gift for participating in an activity online.

2. Somewhere, in fine print or hidden in a place difficult to find, notify the victim that they will be charged for the "gift" if not cancelled within 14 days.

3. Make contacting the company extremely difficult. The websites I have seen have no viable contact info except an email form.

4. If they are challenged, they offer a refund and then claim that the victim's account is blocked from receiving a credit.

5. Frustrate the victim until they give up.

I hope this helps. This guy needs to be shut down.

I ordered a trial cbd oil and was charged 95.13 twice. Im so upset.
2 charges of $95.13 were made for my cbd trial was billed from a mascara company $95.13 83350916 83361762 on 12/3. Never even receieved trial oil.

We accept returns and do refunds for customer who abide by the return and cancelation policy. You returned the product and were refunded in October. I am not sure what the issue is at this time.

You received the bottles 16 days before you were charged? Please follow the terms and conditions of the company guidelines to resolve this matter.

Fraudulent charges on credit card for items not ordered.
Was offered trial subscription for free trial for CBD but agreed to pay shipping of $6.95, placed original order on 8/03/2018. The packing slip that came with first package stated that it included CBD Optimized Trail QTY 1 and CBD Sleep Trial Qty 1. My *** Credit Card was charged twice on 8/04/18, one charge from BH Wellness Lash for $6.95 and the other charge from RK Health Energy for $6.95. Our order was for one trial product only, not for the CBD Sleep Trial they sent. On 8/19/18 & 8/20/18 we received charges of $95.13 for each charge, one from BH Wellness Lash and the other from RK Health Energy. In September we received two more shipments, one from BH Wellness Lash and one from RK Energy our *** card was charged on 9/6/2018 and 9/08/2018, each charges was for $95.13. We informed *** that we disputed the charges and received a credit for $394.92 for the above charges. At that time we also closed that particular card and received a new card number. We were hoping that would be the end of the problem but received another charge on our new card of $95.13 on 10/08/2018 from NUYOUHEALTHLASH (Abel Farms), we called *** and they issued a credit and said they they would block any other charges from this company. We have returned a total of 4
products (a shipment of 3 products in one parcel by Priority Mail on 10/11/18 and latest parcel received from Abel Farms was refused and returned on 10/16/18) We have received five charges of $95.13 on our credit card. For one of the charges no product was received. Today we talked with *** as they reinstated a charge of $95.13 from RH Health Energy which they had reimbursed for earlier, we discontinued our Credit Card with *** as they have not been able to resolve these fraudulent charges and see no other solution for us through them and are concerned about future charges.
The original packing slip stated that these were products from CBD Optimized Health 7512 Dr. Phillips Blvd Suite 50-940, Orlando, Fl 32819 and all other shipments were from this address but with different names on packages. We have tried reaching CBD Optimized Health at the phone number on their packing slip of 866-251-4985 but it does not go thru.

We wish to have no other product or shipments sent to us and that no further charges made against us and that past charges to our *** Account be reimbursed.

That statement is wrong, we have been a victim for four months. In the beginning we agreed to only one ounce trial size from RK Health Energy for $6.95 and nothing more. We received also a one ounce trial size from BH Wellness Lash which we did not order. As of today Nov. 6th, 2018 we have had total charges of $489.55 placed on our card. We have sent a letter by Certified mail to CBD Optimized Health on 11/02/18 asking the shipments of products to us cease. We sent them a copy of three receipts from Post Office showing the return of products and the Certified Mail receipt for the letter. We have also sent you, Revdex.com, attachments for those postal receipts. Amendment: We did reach CBD Customer Service Dept. this morning Nov.7,2018, they said our account had been closed and that they would issue us a check for the last two charges for a total $190.26 that we should receive within 10 business days. I told them we were going to pursue a refund for the remainder of the charges. They stated that they generally would not be refunded because the charges were over thirty days old. I told them that Capital One had been disputing these charges since Sept. to which they replied that they have no record of such contact from Capital One and that we would need to have Capital One call them regarding this. They also stated that they had received one shipment back and not the four total. So this is where we stand at this moment, we will be contacting Capital One again and waiting for CBD's check.

On 9/16/18 I ordered a trial sized CBD Oral Spray online from Optimized CBD Health LLC located in Tampa, FL for a cost of $6.95. I saw no communication on this site stating that I was authorizing continued shipments and charges. On 10/1/18 I noted that a pending credit charge for over $95.00 to this company. I called the company on 10/4/18 when I saw that the charge had completed through my online bank, and disputed this charge and further charges. It was very difficult for me to understand the gentleman on the phone, but he insisted we subscribed to continued product shipments. He would only provide his first name, which was Richard. I requested all future shipments to be cancelled and to reverse the charge of $95.13.

I am asking that the orders be stopped, and that my account be credited back for charge of $95.13. In addition I would like to see this company be put on the SCAM list for disreputable advertising practices.

The CBD Optimized Health ad on FaceBook was misleading in that it offered a free, 1 oz trial bottle of CBD Oil Spray for $6.95 to cover shipping and handling. I saw nothing on the ad that stated I was committing to orders of $95.13 after 14 days.

I do not want to pay $95.13 for something I will not use. Especially after finding multiple similar complaints about this company on the Revdex.com website. Many people have sent their trial samples back, but still have not been reimbursed. Therefore, I will not send mine back until my charge is reversed. I do not wish to even use the trial bottle of CBD oil, as I do not trust what may be in the bottle.

The Revdex.com F rating of this company says it all.

I regret not checking this site out prior to pressing the "Order Now" button on the CBD ad.

We offer you to pay only shipping charges for the 14 day period. After the 14 day period ends, you are then billed for the full price of the product if you do not cancel.

You can also return the product for a refund if you are not happy. Please return the bottle for a refund. We also have stopped selling our product are closing the business due to so much confusion over how our offer works.

Great product. Paid for trial bottle for $6.99. Delivered promptly and relieved my RA pain within days. Bottle lasted a couple months and is now empty. No scams! Wish I could order more, but the website seems to be closed. Real disappointment!

Did you read terms and conditions after you checked the security checkbox? Why did you not call customer service if you had an issue and needed a refund? This is a small company that offers a 30 day supply to TRY for 14 days. This is not hard to understand. This is not a mafia, this is not a scam. You are very delusional are malicious.

A few days ago the amount of $95.13 for the second month of a phantom subscription in my name to the CBD Company was refunded to my account after I called them to close "my account", made a report to my bank and wrote a comment for the Revdex.com of Tampa, Florida.
I do not know if they refunded my money due to remorse, if they felt guilty of any wrong doing, or it was due to the pressure for the large amount of negative comments they have received everywhere. If this was due to any action taken on the part of the Revdex.com I appreciate their intervention in the matter although I am not happy or satisfied with the aftermath because I only received half of the money that was charged to my account in a fraudulent way or with deceits in any case.
I must say that I am guilty for having fallen into this obvious scam and that in first place I should have not responded to their advertisement for a sample of their product just paying an economic shipping fee which only leaded me to buy a problem.
I have learned from this bad experience, I will try to never deal again with this kind of people and products and I advise everyone to do the same.

Again this customer is delusional and is writing negative comments that are baseless. This customer has not followed any of the terms and conditions they agreed to. We have given a credit out of good faith and we still have not received a return of our product. The Revdex.com must recognize when classless people are trying to take advantage of the system by claiming they have never ordered.

We do not ship products unless you order from us!

It's a scam!!! There are no free samples for shipping cost only. I have tried contacting customer service email it does not exist. I called customer service and they told me they give no free samples for shipping only. None of the email addresses exist. I was hopeful of getting help for my pain issues but unfortunately this company is using people's issues for their own personal gain and will not help. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

This means you have 14 days to try the product and call customer service to cancel if you do not like it. There is only a shipping charge to try the product. Our email works just fine as well as our customer service information. Please stop spreading false information. We are offering a product to try. It is your choice to order from our company.

That is all a lie I saved the Seralabs website it still says free 14 day trial $6.95 bottle for only shipping. I have been two 3 different website all have Jamie R. name but all the products show are all completely different. I have contacted my Attony I'm sick of being scammed when all I'm trying to do is try to help me be out of pain. Rude customer service they had no clue what I was talking about rethought we were on the same page she said we don't do that. If you don't get on your site and see who is scamming you. I'm going to fraud department to report you. There are 100drs they fell same way I do.

Misleading advertising of product.
Saw a free offer of bottle of product on my facebook page. Decided to try the product since it was free. Now I have been billed $ 95.13 to my checking account without notice. I am senior citizen and feel their advertising tactics are misleading. I called the company and was told that the only way for them to credit my account was to received the bottle back. I wonder how many people find out IT DOESN'T WORK and throw the bottle away and are unable to send it back. Bad bad business practice. This company should be barred from doing business over the web.

Notice and agreements are on our website multiple times before purchase.

Our product does work. This is why you are suppose to call customer service during your trial use and.

Your account was cancelled by you today. You will need to return the product to return center that was given to you and you will be fully refunded.

Not following the company policy you agreed to will not give you the resolution that is needed for this matter.

There advertising is misleading regardless of how well scripted their reply is. I am sure they have had many chances to work on it. I THEN REVIEWED MY STATEMENT NIGHTLY AND DISCOVERED THE CHARGE THIS EVENING AND CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND CANCELLED MY CARD AND REQUESTED A NEW ONE BE ISSUED. Order date 6/19/18 Re: account #XXXXXX I order one bottle for free and got a bottle of something for sleep that I did not order. I have tried and tried to contact this company without success. The email address that they give ( I see this company has been reported before...same problem), just goes to their website to order. The phone numbers that they give are no longer available or have been disconnected The packing slip shows no amount charged, but I have received 2 auto deliveries since that I would like to return. I do not wish to receive any auto shipments and did not authorize such. Please help me contact this company so that I can stop auto delivery and these charges, unauthorized charges.

Desired Outcome

Anything that has been charged to my credit card I believe the amount to be about 300.00 to date

I have tried both their email and 2 different phone numbers. No success at either. Maybe they should try contacting me. I appreciate that they canceled any future shipments. I have been sent 2 more shipments and can't reach them for return instructions. I do not contact Revdex.com because I got good customer service, but because I have not heard from them nor can I reach them. So, no I do not accept this response at all. They have not talked about my refund for these extra unauthorized shipments, how I can contact them, or that they could contact me. Nothing has been resolved.

7/20/2018- called and they said check was processed but they would send another.
7/24/2018 - Said check was returned by postal service they would send another.
I have still not receive a refund.

The should have gotten the check at this point.

I wanted to try the product from CBD Optimized Health due to pain through out my body I received the free bottle and I did not open it.
The following month I received another bottle I then noticed $95.13 was deducted from my acct twice.I called and asked for my money back,I WAS ADVISED PLEASE SEND THE ITEMS BACK. I did just that both unused bottles .waited the time frame for th money to be credit back to my account and never seen a credit I called and was told they had trouble crediting my acct said for me to call the bank I advised the rep acct was fine and a credit should go thru.I asked for the money back by check they then said I would onLy get one of the $95.13 I said no it should be twice that amount both bottles were returned NOT opened,rep kept saying the same thing I ASKED to speak with a supervisor he said I would have to call back at 2:00pm. I do not agree with this process I did what I was told and waited the time frame I WANT MY FULL RETURN $190.26
