Avoid this company, it's a shame. Placed a order for a sample of the oil only to have a sleep sample shipped that I did not order. They also entered the wrong shipping address. So today I tried both calling and emailing to no avail. Email address is undeliverable and even though according to a recorded message they were unavailable during they're stated business hours on multiple occasions. I have cancel the credit card I used so these shisters can't send and bill further product to me as they have done on multiple occasions. I am also filing a dispute so they get no payment for a product I will not receive because of the wrong address they shipped and if by chance I do receive it I'll refuse to accept it and send it back immediately. CROOKS.

We do not have SAMPLES. Our website clearly says trial. you can call customer service at anytime to cancel and return. We are not Crooks. You are clearly not a sane customer for understanding to how to properly return and cancel a product. Our lines are open from Monday-Friday 9:00am EST-6:00pm EST.

I got the cbd optimized oil and it pulled the sleep medicine trial into the order. I was able to email cbd optimized within a couple of minutes of completing the order and they cancelled the sleeping med trial since I didn't want it after the first bottle. I am using the pcr hemp oil and it tastes just like nasty hemp oil tastes like which isn't that bad. It seems to be helping me with the pain better than regular hemp oil. As much as doctor's cost and they won't give narcotics anymore then if this continues to help me with the pain then I will be willing to pay almost $100 per month for it. I am going deaf and they have a email address clearly visible on the page and they tell you that you have so long to try it before you cancel or you will be billed for the next shipment. Most businesses don't have email addresses for you to contact them because you can prove what is said and when with a email from someone. Their email address is [email protected]

Just email them and they answered my email within about 10 minutes. Easy.

Misrepresentation of product -
I had an opportunity to receive a sample of their product by paying postage of $5.95 charged to my credit card on May 7, 2018. When I received the package it contained two products; one I did not order. I could not read the directions and became suspicious of the product so I did not open them. Early on May 23rd I received a fraud alert from my credit card company that they had charged my account $95.13. I thought the credit card company rejected the charge but when I received my statement it was on it. I have contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. On the morning of May 23rd I called the company twice; the people I talked to just talked over me saying I had signed up for this ongoing charge. I finally got ahold of someone who said that if I sent the samples back they would credit my account. On May 23rd I paid additional postage of $4.80 and returned the product. The company says they didn't receive it. This is a sham and I want others to be aware of it.

This company is dragging their feet/stalling in regards to refunding $190.26. It's been almost a month.
First: The fact that they would be charging $95.13 for a bottle of CBD oil (advertised as a trial) was not clearly stated. In fact, it was in the teeny tiny writing that a good amount of people don't read. When I was charged the $95.13 x 2, I was totally floored!! They put me in the red, big time! I returned the product too them with the promise that I would see a refund in 7-14 days. No refund. I called them back and they informed that I must have had them blocked/restricted on my bank account. I did not. After further discussion I discovered that they had the old credit card number. WHY DIDN"T THEY CALL ME!?! I tried to give them the new credit card number via email as the customer service operator told me to do. They send a reply stating that they could NOT fix this through email. WHAT?!? I called them AGAIN and spoke to a manager and he proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do, sorry 'bout ya. We'll send a check in two weeks. WHAAAAT?!?! I have made it VERY clear that I need that money and I have the strongest feeling that they are not going to refund that money and will just keep stalling. HELP! The individual that emailed me back and told me that they couldn't help me and to call them was James P., Customer Relationship Manager.

Yes we do sell products on a 14 day trial basis. After the 14 day trial there is a billing for the product.

We have sent a check to this customer for their return. Our team stated that checks may take up to 2 weeks to receive.

I have also been another victim of the CBD Scam. All I requested was a "Trial sample"of their two products. I used the oils as directed resulting in wounds and blood blisters inside my mouth. I threw them away. Then I saw in my bank statement that I was charger $97. twice! I notified Visa who said they would investigate.. However today I received two more boxes. I called number on the packing slip with a Florida address, but a woman in India answered with the story that I had signed up for these CBD oils and didn't read the small print on their attached,(phone) contract. I was able to cancel what she called a "Subscription" to stop receiving their products and to mail back the two new boxes which then I would receive a refund. They are Scam artists defrauding us of huge amounts of our money by stealing with a phony contract. Besides Visa, my Attorney General here in New York State will be contacted to investigate what they're doing. I should have just cancelled my charge card which is probable tho fastest way to stop them.

This is not a scam. This customer clearly ordered from our company and received 4 bottles of CBD and was on our program for nearly 2 months.

Hemp oil does not cause wounds or blood blisters. This is a completely false statement. This customer is clearly upset they did not read the terms and conditions they agreed to. This customer is not a good example of how to properly deal with a return process. We offer full refunds for customers who aren't satisfied.

This customer should pay attention to what they are purchasing when shopping online. Our terms and conditions are clearly stated on our website.

My husband signed up for a trial of CBD. This product was unless. I was then send two additional bottles.
II was then send two bottles and billed $95.14 for each bottle. I contacted the company and was told to return the bottles and my account would be credited . I returned the bottles on 4/9/2018.
They acknowledged the return. But after several phone calls I could not get a satisfactory result. Finally I received an email stating that the acknowledged the return of the products and would send me a check. Not credit my account. So they would send check and if it did not bounce, they would have the product returned and a payment from my the credit card and I would have to use the money from the check to make payment to the credit card company. I may be elderly but I am not stupid!!!

Consumers have to willingly agree to terms and conditions multiple times before purchase.

This customer has not even contacted customer service. I just cancelled their account today on June 11th.

Customers can easily call customer service for all their problems. If this customer needs a refund, they can contact the customer service number.

The product was delivered to them on May 10 at 8:40 AM. They claim the USPS site is down and will not process the refund.
They advertised a 14 day trial. This trial included the ship time which left only a 7 day trial left when product was received. When the product was returned to them, they claim the USPS site is down and cant process my refund. THe product they are selling is nothing more than "snake oil". This is a fraudulent business claiming to relieve all illnesses you have. They prey on elderly retired people who cannot afford to have $200 of their money tied up for months. Although this company is located in Florida you cannot speak to anyone who speaks English. I have only talked to one person and when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and the very same person came back on saying he was the supervisor.

They had the returned product for 14 days. If this is a reputable company they would have logged the return the day it was received. All I got was "I'm sorry." This is not an acceptable excuse for a retired person who lives check to check each month. If anything this company should be banned to do business for false advertising. There is no 14 day trial period unless you want your account to be debited without your permission. They have had my money over 30 days and all I get is it will be deposited into your account within 10 business days. There is no acceptable conclusion to this complaint.

There was nothing in correspondence to say that the 7 day delivery period was included in the 14 day trial. The money was debited from my account before the trial was concluded. As of today there has been no deposits into my account from them. They still have my money. It is a bald face lie that they did a courtesy refund into my account. I have not received nothing from them. If anything they should be banned from business for false advertising.

I have to again inform this customer that they did agree to terms and conditions multiple times before purchase.

That gives us the right to bill your card after 14 days if you do not cancel. This customer willingly signed up for a trial.

Our customer service team did a courtesy refund of $95.13 out of good faith. Still no products have been logged in to our company and no tracking number has been provided.

Worst company ever! The website emphasizes a trial size of the product for a reasonable price. This was shipped - along with another product that I did not request.
A few weeks later my credit card was billed $95.13 for another shipment of each of these products! I successfully disputed these charges and never received either shipment. This month I see the same 2 charges again which I am again disputing. Received a shipment which I have to take back to the Post Office. There is NOTHING on this site which tells the unsuspecting buyer that ordering a trial automatically traps you into an endless cycle of auto shipments. About the only way that you can make it stop is to cancel your credit card! BEWARE

This is not a trap of endless shipments. This is a program in which you have to READ and AGREE to terms and conditions multiple times before a purchase can be approved.

Also, cancelation at anytime is EXTREMELY EASY! All you have to do is contact customer service and they will cancel you right away. This customer clearly did not understand or read what they were purchasing. We have many happy customers.

This company optimized health Set me up on a reoccurring billing without noting this. Upon research I found that the quality of this product is low.
CBD oil is a good thing and works, however this company is selling a product that you can find out very little about. When I found out I was being shipped this product on a regular basis I had to call and cancel. It made me mad enough since I had been fooled, to look into CBD little deeper. They do not tell you where the product is grown, how it is processed, how many cannabinoids are present or that you are being set up for reoccurring payments on your credit card. Do your research before you buy if you care about quality and business practices. My opinion is that if a business pulls this kind of ***, they have a *** business and *** product.

The company has not provided a process to me to get a refund. Absolutely no contact since I cancelled. They have changed their web page and product info. since I made the complaint by adding a link that has all the info that I was interested in except the subscription info. Nothing was ever received to return. The free trial that I paid shipping and handling on is the only thing I ever got. I never would have had anything to do with this company had I known you were signing me up for anything. You are definitely a scam. If you were on the level, you would clearly state your intent. You would have plainly written in a single sentence that the person was agreeing to have money extracted from their account on a regular basis. There would be a check box for them to use for this. Instead, you bury this in a long fine print area and have it seem as though the person is just submitting payment for shipping and handling on the trial bottle. This is why the Revdex.com is littered with people complaining about the same thing who have never got their money.

I don't think you are understanding how this works. You pay shipping only for the 14 day period. The product you receive to try is a 30 day supply.

If you keep that supply past the 14 day period you do get billed for the product. This is absolutely not a scam.

We have terms and conditions that clearly state you will be billed. You can also return the product.

How is that a scam?

The company adds a product you don't really want. They switch trial amount from 30 to 14 days.They dont provide terms and conditions until after order
They provide a great presentation on their CBD pain product to get you hooked. When you go to order they switch you to a new screen and the 30 day supply goes down to a 14 day supply. Then after you submit they go to another screen that actually adds their CBD sleep product automatically without giving you a choice for another $6.95 shipping. Next you get a review of your order that becomes automatic. No chance to review and change anything on the order. It's not until after the order was apparently completed that I noticed the Terms and Conditions inconspicuously placed at the bottom of the page. I do not remember seeing them on the previous pages. Reading the terms and conditions was eyeopening. Automatic monthly shipments at almost $100 a month. A cancellation policy that is confusing with different aspects of it in different paragraphs throughout te document.
I emailed them immediately to CANCEL my order. Let's see howw that goes. I want to warn all people to stay away from CBD Optimized Health because of their shoddy practices!

Wow, I thought this company may try to slide by on some issues but I guess they just prefer flat-out lying instead.

First of all, they do switch ads - from the original pain relief ad they are sucking people in with over to their sleep product.

Secondly, you cannot "CHOOSE" to get the sleep product because they just automatically add it onto your bill. I never chose it, they just switch over to it and add a statement that their other customers all love getting it too, and then add it to your bill.

They lead you to believe they are giving you a 30 day supply for free, then switch it to a 14 day trial. Another bait & switch act. A 14 day trial is not near long enough to test the product.
Why give a 30 day supply for only a 14 day free trial? That makes no senses, other than to confuse and trap the consumer.

I ordered the product on April 13th and I also cancelled the product on April 13th, as well as notified the Revdex.com on Apr 13th. I informed the company shortly after I realized what they doing that I wanted to cancel the product immediately and to not even bother shipping it. I did this because I didn't want to deal with the handling and probable additional costs of shipping.

This company talks about all of these "antics" as over the top and unnecessary. Antics? I agree with this statement, in as it refers to this company being the one with the antics trying to pull all these shenanigans.

My return of the products does not resolve the matter. It may, just may, resolve the matter involving me. Then again it may just create an additional line of problems and complaints - who knows for sure.

One thing I do know, I do know that it doesn't resolve the issues that every other consumer with pain will have to face if sucked into this company's deceptive practices by their advertising.

All of this is completely false. Our product is for pain relief, you can chose to click NO THANKS on our sleep product.

This customer is clearly ill informed and can return the products for a refund. Nothing, absolutely nothing we do is deceptive. Everyone has a choice to buy from us. This is a choice to buy and you can return if you are unsatisfied.

Making claims against our company after buying and then canceling on the same day is complete bogus.

We help alot of people that are looking for pain relief. This customer has not even tried our product.

trial CBD oral spray was advertised on Face Book as a pain reliever appetite suppressant and multiple other things I sent for the trial which should have been $4.95 with free shipping item arrived it wasn't as advertised in addition there was not a 4.95 charge but a 95.13 charge on 1/08/18 another bottle arrived with another 95.13 charge on 1/27/18 I called the phone# on my credit card bill in which it was 855-226-4243 a man answered said if I return the item I will be fully refunded another bottle arrived and another charge of 95.13 appeared on 2/27/18 I returned both bottles contacted the tele# on the new charge which was 866-205-7092 the same man answered he claims that my refund was started and they received the returns I asked why an additional bottle was shipped when I had already canceled he then became very loud and asked me what my bank card charge said I told him he said that was not his company I told him that I was going to not only contact my credit card I was going to submit a complaint he said go ahead. the first credit card statement says NUTRAFLEXENRG LLC 1-855-226-4243 FL and the final two says NUTRAFLEX LLC 1866-205-7092

I purchased two products for $6.95 and received the product. Now, after 14 days, I'm being billed $95.13 for each product.
When I called I was told that the details could be found in their list of terms and conditions, which by the way, is a nine page document. It does however address the issue of auto shipments and billing on the first page. The issue is that their website does not direct you or suggest to you that you should read the terms and conditions before placing your order. And even if it did, they are not being directly up front about this issue. During the phone call, I dealt with a very impatient service rep who told me to send back the unused portion of both products and they would refund my money back to my credit card. They provided no return authorization number. It wasn't until I asked that they said to include my name and telephone number. I'm not feeling confident that I will receive a refund.

It appears that they will be making a complete refund. I'll be watching for it everyday. The UPS website indicates that my return of the product is out for delivery today. Let's wait and see how long it takes them to post my refund. By the way, given the number of complaints that are on record for this company, I highly recommend that they redesign their website in a way to better inform potential customers that they are signing up for auto-shipment and a monthly charge. They disclose it in very small print and hope that the customer fully reads it. Or perhaps they hope the customer doesn't fully read it. Hard to know. I'm not a cynical person but this can be avoided if the company wishes to improve direct communication to their customers.

We purchased a trial size product from CBDOptimized Health. I contacted them to cancel further orders. They did not refund my money as promised.
My husband and I purchased trial size products from CBD Optimized Health on December 28, 2017. There is an 18 day trial period before an automatic reorder is placed. I began calling to cancel any furture shipments on day 17. Neither my husband or I were satisfied with the product because it did not help with the issues it is advertised to help. After calling multiple bogus phone numbers on day 17, I finally reached someone who represented themselves to be in the accounts department, on day 18. I was told any future shipments would be canceled and that the first two full payments of $95.13 each would be refunded once we returned the unused portion in the trial size bottles. This was done with a signature receipt of the delivered package to 7512 Dr. Philips Blvd Suite 50-940, Orlando FL 32819. I have called 8 different numbers today to confirm my expected refunds and all 8 numbers are bogus. There is absolutely no way of contacting this company and speaking to a customer representative. This is a scam and all information they disperse is untrue and false. They have wrongly charged me for an order I did not request and for which no product was sent. The order numbers for the two trial size bottles are #XXXXXX and #XXXXXX

1. The business is confused. At the time of my purchase of 2 trial sizes of CBD Optimized Health, the trial period was stated as 18 days. Today, they have changed their terms to "30 days". They switch according to what is convenient for them. The day I called, after multiple attempts to reach someone, covering a two day search, the customer service representative had no problem accepting my refusal to not accept a regular shipment costing $95.13. He accepted this decision because he knew I was within the requested time period.
2. Following are 7 different phone numbers I acquired by searching their product and business on the internet. Included is what the result of dialing those numbers got me:

888-557-5072 - mailbox full, no messages accepted

3. I followed the instructions of the customer service representative and returned both trial size bottles in order to receive a refund of two charges of $95.13 each. This return was sent of January 18, 2018 via two day delivery. I have the post office's confirmation that it was delivered to the business' front desk and signed for on Monday, January 22nd, NOT the following Friday, January 26th as the business states. That is a lie.
4. One of the two promised refunds was made. The business states, on January 30th, that a refund has been made. This refund appeared at my bank two days later on February 1st. The refund was for $95.13. I am still waiting for the 2nd refund, of $95.13, for the 2nd bottle returned. I have attached my bank's recording of the two charges of $95.13 and the one refund of $95.13 and the statement that I am still $95.13 short.
4. My opinion of this business remains the same. They are dishonest. They perform bogus transactions. They misrepresent themselves. Since my involvement with this business, I have read many complaints and warnings by other customers of their lies, trickery, refusal to return money, and bogus product.
5. The bottom line is that I was promised a full refund for both (2) returned trial bottles. I have received one of the two promised refunds. I am still waiting for the second refund of $95.13

I believe this is a scam company. I ordered a trial and ended up being billed for two. I tried calling their number 6 times I get the same person, weird. Was assured it got canceled and a email was supposed to be sent but I still do not have one. Behind the scene Im enrolled in a auto ship. Something that is well hidden. I was billed to my card for trials for two items, I only tried ordering one. I still don't know if its been canceled.
