I dont accept the explanation because when I contacted the business the representative should have advised me of that information when I spoke with himthe representative was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with him in regards to the matteri have nothing showing that the money was refunded to my account, cheking my bank informationI will however, call my bank to ascertain information to confirm whether or not the money was credited to my accountAs well, I no longer have any information for First Premiere Bank to contact them or the old credit card numberIf this was the case when I spoke to the representative, he should have provided me with the contact information for First Premiere Bank and my payment to CCB should have been refusedBeing that my payment was made to their company, I am seeking answers to resolve this matter from a professional representative of CCB credit servicesThey in fact, took the payments, so they should assist me in getting the matter resolvedSo, as stated in the beginning of my follcomplaint, no, I am not satisfied with the company's explanation and will not be satisfied until CCB credit services provides with me sufficient information and a written correspondence to resolve this matterAs of yet, I have not received any correspondence or form of communication stating the information that has been provided to the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: I am more than sure they know the original creditorIf they dont have an account with my name, it needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY from my credit reportI am in the process of buying a house

I do NOT accept this response. CCB has already been provided with the police report twice. They continue to knowingly report fraudulent information on my credit files despite having received via certified mail a direct dispute and copy of the police report relating to this account. They have blatantly ignored my written communication & are now providing a bogus response to the Revdex.com. This is completely unbelievable. I will continue to escalate this matter until the fraudulent reporting is corrected.
