at CE Showroom, customer service is ourfirst priority, However, As supporting documents indicate, order was placed on08/06/2015 and was shipped the same day. It was delivered via USPS on08/10/2015. The first time this customer contacted us on 09/25/2015 telling usthat this software did not work on his unit. We explained that software andmedia are not returnable. However, we could have made an exception, if hadnotified us when he had received it 45 days ago. We purchase this products fromDistributors which have the same return policy. Conclusion:Customer contacted us 45 days after he hadreceived the product and it is a software. No one accepts return on softwareand media. If this customer had contacted us in a timely manner we could havebent the rules a little and accept the return. Unfortunately, the vendor wepurchase this product from is not going to take it back from us either and noone is going to buy a used software.  Thebest way to handle this is to work with Manufacturer directly to see if theycan make an exception. As I explain over the phone and you see on the image provided by customer, the $9.00 is the total price including the shipping. The shipping of this $529.00 item would cost us way more than $9.00. As you know, there has been no intentions of false advertisement or misleading our customers. This was an honest mistake and we had immediately informed the customer, apologized and offered him 15% off plus free shipping.   Pleases see the attached email and screenshot. As you see in the screenshot. His order was placed at 8:33 am. We noticed this issue and refunded his order at 9:35am. We wrote and sent the attached email at 9:51am offering him the coupon code [redacted] for 15% off any purchase. We provided the solution and tried to work with him before he contacted us. Review: This company advertised the item Powerbait Rainbow Salmon a pack of 6 for $12 dollars. I ordered 4 packs which totaled to $24 dollars...... We received the packages with just 2 baites in each box. I called the same day I received it to inform them that we received an incomplete order... They advised me that the advertisement for that item was incorrect... They then told me they would honor the advertising displayed and would ship the item overnight a few hours later they removed the item from the ..... It has now been over a week and have not received anything. I called back and asked where it was and of course they did not ship it. The "manager" sated that it was scheduled for 2nd day delivery which therefore would mean I should have received it a couple of day after. Completely unprofessional. Manager is in no position to have that tittle. Legal actions should be taken for false advertisement which I have proof of. When I told him of the advertising being removed he said that he had no control that Amazon did it, but when I told him that I did not what so ever contact Amazon about the issue he froze... I caught him in a lie...... Something should and better be done about this company and my items!!!!!Desired Settlement: This business needs to be discontinued as it is unprofessional. That manager should be replaced for lying and false advertising

Review: I placed an order with CE Showroom on August 10thfor Vtech Tl86109 2-Line Corded/Cordless With Itad Item Number 330797834086The seller shipped the phone with USPS Priority Mail. To this day I have not received the item yet. I have filed several complaints with the company, and with [redacted] and [redacted], and the company has refused to properly rectify any of these issues. I have filed a formal complaint with the United States Postal Service with regards to the package they sent with Tracking Number [redacted] The US Postal Service has no record of where my package is, and they have been unable to locate my package for the last 2 weeks. I have also filed a formal complaint and investigation with USPS which has gone unanswered, and CE Showroom has refused to follow up.I have filed a formal investigation with the Israel Postal Service as well as the Israel Customs Authority as both organizations have no record of this parcel with the above referenced tracking number.The seller has been very abusive, unprofessional and unhelpful. The company has been unable to properly resolve these issues for Item Not Delivered, and has conveniently ignored all requests from [redacted] and the US Postal Service, and the Israel Postal Service and Customs Authority.Its alarming to see how this company has an A Rating with the Revdex.com. Review: I called this company sold me software Maps for my HDS [redacted] that they told me would work on my system. I received them and but they are not compatible with my system. I called back and they told me to call [redacted] directly and I did. [redacted] said they would not work with my first generation HDS 10. I called CES back and they said sorry it is software and it is not returnable even though I only bought it because they assured me it would work with my system.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product and get the correct product or have a refund issued.

As with most consumers we don't record or tape conversations for purchases. We rely on the company to reputable and stand behind what they tell the consumer. I was told before I purchased this product that it worked on all HDS [redacted] units and this was not accurate. When a called on 9/25/15 and spoke with [redacted] he told me the same thing. I also called on 10/01/2015 the lady I spoke with read the exact same statement from her computer that this product works with all HDS [redacted] units. So they gave me false information twice because [redacted] technical support says it does not work with all HDS units and mine is one it does not work with. All they need to do is look at the description of the product in their system and they can see they provided me with incorrect information and I bought this product based on their information.

It seems like Mr. [redacted] was not able to get his message across. Therefore, I called [redacted] myself and they are going to take care of him. They opened a case/incident. "A warning to avoid CE Showroom! CE Showroom may cancel an order or attempt to charge more! They blamed an Amazon.com computer error for both items I attempted to purchase on 7/30/14 (Orders: **SSN**-5045812 and **SSN**-9879400) but Amazon.com also wrote me to explain the Pelican case was canceled by CE Showroom due to "Pricing Error" while the Harris S-BRM Hinged Bipod was canceled due to a "Technical Problem" of CE not having it in stock! However, CE Showroom re-listed the Pelican case that day for $168.20 more and would not honor the price they had listed on Amazon.com! I received two emails from Amazon.com the day after I attempted to order the items to inform me that shipment would be delayed by an additional week for both items. The following day CE Showroom canceled both my orders and told me it was Amazon.com's fault before Amazon.com wrote me to explain what really happened!

In further reviewing CE Showroom's evaluations on Amazon.com I found that another person on July 17, 2014 also had trouble with a canceled order and on June 18, 2014 a customer was called to say the pricing had been incorrect with CE Showroom requesting an additional $30 be sent outside of the Amazon.com transaction. On May 30, 2014 a comment was left about the wrong item being listed, similar to my occurrence of the Harris S-BRM Hinged BiPod.

At least I had emails by Amazon.com that explained why the items were canceled versus the customer on April 30, 2014 who only appears to have received an email from CE Showroom and believed them. CE Showroom is starting to show an unfavorable pattern over time with negative reviews tripling this summer compared with this spring, something that hopefully CE Showroom can work through to improve its quality before others go through a similar experience such as myself!

Thankfully Amazon.com honored the prices that CE Showroom would not for the items they had listed. Several emails between CE Showroom and myself did not resolve the issue of honesty or even honoring prices before Amazon.com proved its merit as a great company to work with so I am now leaving my poor evaluations of CE showroom online. I for one will avoid CE Showroom from now on and will only work with reputable companies, such as Amazon.com! The choice is yours but I would avoid CE Showroom.
