My New Fence
If you are looking for quality workmanship this is the place to purchase a fence from. I could not have asked for a nicer fence and expert workmanship. I would recommend Cedar Rustic Fence to all those looking to have a fence installed. The sales lady Kimberly was honest and great to work with. The installer "Junior" was a pro at installing the fence. The pricing was the best over other fence installers, just look at how long they have been in business. I thank you all for everything you have done for me. I love my fence, wish I did it a lot sooner.

I had a pool installed and I called Cedar Rustic to take down a portion of my fence I chose Cedar Rustic because they were the company that installed my fence Once the pool was installed they came back and reinstalled my fence The Village came out to inspect my fence and pool to make sure both met Village code After the inspection, I was told my gates were not up to code and were installed incorrectly I called Cedar Rustic and left several messages but no one called me back When I finally got in touch with someone after calling over and over again she said they could not come out for six weeks I told her this was their mistake and she said a manager will call me to discuss further I never received a call from a managerAfter not hearing back from their manager, I called multiple times to confirm my appointment and again no-one called me back To make things worse after waiting six weeks no one showed up to fix my gate I called and left a voice message again and no one called me back Now I need to call the Village to let them know the company that installed my fence will not return my calls to fix their mistake

I really did enjoy doing business with themThe salesperson Kim really knew what she was talking about and came up with the right fence for my backyardAt no point did she try to sell me anything I did not need or wantCarla in the installation depart was nice to work with and kept everything on track with little to no effort on my partThe install was on the day they said it would be on and installed exactly how I wanted them to install itAfter they installed the fence they cleaned up the yard and barely leaving anything behindThanks!

This company is great. Had a fence installed last year did a fantastic job. Needed modifications this year and they came out and did it FREE! Never seen or heard of that happening. If your looking to get a fence installed and you are like me and do some research and still cant decide, This company is bar none the best I've encountered.

We apologize for not being more responsive. Fence repair is not a core part of our business. We do it as a service to help existing customers. This year we had some significant storm damage done to fences at the same time our fence installation business started to pick up. We have been getting 25...

to 100 phone calls a day for fence repairs. We are turning a vast majority of them away because they are not for fences we installed. A majority of the fence companies do not service there fences so we get the calls. We are currently 6 plus weeks out to service or bid a service job.  If you are not happy with our service, I recommend you contact [redacted]. Their only focus is fence repairs and service. [redacted]

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their installers hit my power line even though Julie marked everything. [redacted] had to come in with a back hoe to fix the electric and they had to tear up my neighbors landscaping and they refused to fix it correctly. They also did not install the fence panels level with the ground like they said they would. There are gaps now that we had to fill so our dogs could not get under and out of the yard. They cut one of the old posts off leaving a jagged piece sticking out of the ground. They also left exposed cable wires that they dug up and did not rebury them. They also did not fill in the new post holes so they were level with the ground. We called to complain and they refused to take off any money for the mistakes. Their customer service is horrible. I wish we would have gone with another company. It would have been worth the extra cost!!!!

We did install fence for Mr. [redacted]. He had an underground water line that was not a public utility. It was not located. We had no idea it was under the fence. The line was hit 30" under the ground. We are clear with our  customers that we can not be responsible for any unmarked utilities...

We also attempted to fix. We did not charge him for this. He then sent us a bill for the damage to the line. It was not our fault.  I ended up paying just to move on. Cedar Rustic has been in business for 88 years. As a company we install about 2500 fences a year which equates to about 65,000 posts. We warranty each one of those post for 3 years. That is 3 times the warranty required for new home construction. We understand the issue of post heaving and install our fences in a manner to try to minimize post heaving.

We are not going to take his fence down and reinstall his fence for no reason. We are also not going to give him $4400.00. Those are both unreasonable request.
