Review: My dresses should have been here over a month ago and I still haven't recieved them and no one will contact me. I paid for them in February and now I am just at a loss. I have emailed multiple times I have tried to call. No one will help me.Desired Settlement: I either need my dresses or my refund. I am now going to have to order other dresses if they don't get to me.

Review: I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses on March 12, 2015. After several unanswered email attempts (they do not have a customer service number) to get an order status, they finally told me that the dresses would be shipped on April 9, 2015. I received tracking information from FedEx and an email stating the items have shipped on April 15, 2015 with an expected delivery date of April 20, 2015. After not receiving the items I tried emailing the company again with no answer. My wedding was on May 2, 2015 so we had to purchase new dresses that didn't fit the theme of the wedding. I filed a claim with Paypal and Celeb16 finally emailed me on May 6, 2015 saying that the dresses have shipped. I explained to them that I no longer needed the dresses and requested a full refund. They then offered a half refund of $120 through paypal which I did not accept since I want a full refund and I do not want the dresses. They still will not return my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $246.94.

Review: On April 9, 2015 I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from Celeb 16 website. Both dresses were charged to my credit card within two days. It is now June 13th, on my account log in the dresses still say processing. During the last month I have phoned the number I found to reach them which goes straight to an answering machine, I left two messages, I have emailed them, sent a message through the online website and sent them a facebook message on their facebook page. No response at all. I would like my dresses that I ordered and paid for to arrive before the end of this month so my bridesmaids can get them altered if needed or if that is not possible I would like my money back and we will find different dresses.
