Review: Celeb16.com is a misleading company. I purchased a dress from them and the dress is falling apart, they will not accept the dress back as a return nor will refund my money, their communication is terrible. When I purchase the dress I did not receive an email confirmation, so I contacted the company the phone number [redacted], listed on their website contact is a voicemail in which I called an no one ever called me back; after 3 weeks the dress appeared to my home address, I open the box and could not believe that the seams look as they had been restitch, some of the thread was falling apart, and the dress has holes on the zipper area as this had been a remade dress or they took apart and resew it. Since I could not contact anyone by phone I emailed them they responded, a person name [redacted], he said to send to them pictures within 48hours. I immediately sent to them pictures and today I received a response telling me they make dresses handmade and to hire a tailor. I went online and noticed many reviews complaining about this company. Dresses ship from [redacted], I obviously learned my lesson, but I am very frustrated and angry that business like this scam people. I will now need to pay for this dress as it's been charge on my credit card, but many people too have been scam like I have. If it was an American company I am sure they would not have this insane return policy. They make it very difficult to service their clientele. On top of this, the business address they list on their website is a US Office (I am sure this is the office that is collecting the invoices from us consumers) while they have their [redacted] warehouse making poor quality dresses. Telling consumers that if they have issues with the dresses they need to get tailor at consumers expense. Dress is falling apart and has holes in the seams/zipper. Pictures from their QC were sent to me but these pictures are taken far away I sent them my pictures close to the damage areas point out the issues.

Review: I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses on March 12, 2015. After several unanswered email attempts (they do not have a customer service number) to get an order status, they finally told me that the dresses would be shipped on April 9, 2015. I received tracking information from FedEx and an email stating the items have shipped on April 15, 2015 with an expected delivery date of April 20, 2015. After not receiving the items I tried emailing the company again with no answer. My wedding was on May 2, 2015 so we had to purchase new dresses that didn't fit the theme of the wedding. I filed a claim with Paypal and Celeb16 finally emailed me on May 6, 2015 saying that the dresses have shipped. I explained to them that I no longer needed the dresses and requested a full refund. They then offered a half refund of $120 through paypal which I did not accept since I want a full refund and I do not want the dresses. They still will not return my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $246.94.

Review: On April 9, 2015 I ordered two bridesmaid dresses from Celeb 16 website. Both dresses were charged to my credit card within two days. It is now June 13th, on my account log in the dresses still say processing. During the last month I have phoned the number I found to reach them which goes straight to an answering machine, I left two messages, I have emailed them, sent a message through the online website and sent them a facebook message on their facebook page. No response at all. I would like my dresses that I ordered and paid for to arrive before the end of this month so my bridesmaids can get them altered if needed or if that is not possible I would like my money back and we will find different dresses.
