We have attempted to contact this customer but the phone number posted did not work, and he has not responded to email.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received a message on my phone (which works fine) asking me to return service managers call. I have tried to call store three times and he either works same hours I do or he is never there because I am always told he is unavailable. The email I received again asked me to call manager who is unreachable and did not offer any resolution!

We understand that the customer is saying we misquoted the price on the phone, but all of our documentation indicates that we told him the correct price.  We have the same procedure every time, and it was followed in this instance.  From everything on our end, it appears we told him the correct number.[redacted]

I apologize for the delay in response.  I thought I had submitted this a long time ago, but apparently I did not. We have discussed this matter with the customer and he disagrees...

with our conclusions.  I have personally gone through every document we have, and nothing states that we promised to pay the remaining payments on his lease.  We did have paperwork stating we would ground it, but in the space where we would put that we were making the payments there was nothing.  I also interviewed all employees involved and none of them claim to have promised Mr. [redacted] that we would make his remaining payments. While we appreciate that Mr. [redacted] purchased a vehicle from us, there is nothing that we can do at this point.  Thank you for your time. [redacted]

We are sorry that the customer feels we have attempted to deceive him.  That being said, our records indicate that Mr. [redacted] quoted the customer the price over the phone, and the customer authorized the work.  We have spoken with the customer previously, and he believes that we did not...

quote him the proper price.  That being said, everything our end looks normal.  We have the customers signature on the final repair order.  Additionally, the customer was given the opportunity to not have the work done at the time, and he chose to have it done.As a result, we believe the customer was told the proper price at the time and opted to do the work.[redacted]Sheridan Nissan

In speaking with the manager there was no agreement about spliting cost of parts and labor what he quoted to me was he would take care of the labor ($300.00) which would still have me pay $700.00 nothing was mention about taking additonal money off of part, as I have mentioned not looking for a law suit, just want to not be taken advantage of.  I have had this vehicle in for service to many times an at this point at my wits end with all that has transpired from April until now.
