Hello our records indicated that the cusomter was refunded in full we refunded $back to customer credit card and we refunded another $back to customer paypal accountalso about the phone that the customer purchase the phone was brand new customer called us complaining he received the wrong phone we issued RMA # and refunded customer credit card in full including the shipping cost he paid to retun the merchandise please check attachment
Do not purchase anything from this companyI looked past the bad reviews naively and had an awful experienceI ordered my phone and it took a week to get it even though I had paid for express shippingFine - they call it "processing time." I get the phone and it is completely not the one I orderedImmediately I sent it back and I called and verified that I would get my express shippingNoIt took a week and this phone looks refurbishedEven the box was dirty and EXTREMELY beat up and dentedThese people are scammers! Returning the phone is not worth their restocking fee of 15% on a $phoneI seriously hate this company and wish them hard luck for all the trouble they put me throughStay away just pay extra for something you know is genuine

Hello I checked Customer complaint and this is my findings customer received is product on (over a year ago) per our web site terms and conditions its clearly stated days return policyat the moment customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly for cell phone repair
In my case, It's a complete disaster1st they couldn't verify my P.Obox address with the billing address on the credit cardThey never sent me any confirmation e-mailI ordered a phone for [redacted] but they sent a phone with [redacted] logo with missing S penWorst is when I call them about it, they refuse pick upIt takes about a month to receive the phone after the order First they give me a tracking number that doesn't correspond to the item I orderedI received the phone and the tracking # still shows the item is coming from ChinaComplete confusionSave your time, folks! Now they threatening to take me to court for a posting reviews about them

I read good stuff about this builder, but you sure could NOT prove it by my house finished in 11/kitchen cabinets are very cheap and not put together very wellmy house was not managed very well as it was being built, and it shows with just about every facet, and every step of the wayQuality control does not seem to be in their vocabulary, and service after the fact is just as badThey replaced tile in my bathroom, but did not seal the room offruined furniture, and created a mess you would not believethey did not even have the simple courtesy to apologize! do yourself a favor
