Excellent service call to troubleshoot a Navien tankless hotwater system that was having a gas smell Intake filter was found to be caked with debris and gas connector had a small leak Both repaired and unit serviced to confirm no other issues Also was helpful with some other questions regarding our basement bathroom plumbing Quick, clean and knowledgeable and for some additional followup work, gave quotes and advice for the periodic maintenance of a tankless hotwater system

This was the first time contact with Cellino Plumbing and I am extremely pleasedThe technician Ryan was prompt and even put booties over his work shoes before entering the houseThe work estimate was given and thoroughly explained before committing to itThe work was done to my satisfaction in a very timely matter even as I pestered Ryan with questions and commentsHe cleaned up the work area and asked if had any other questionsThe overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this firm to any with plumbing woes

We had a main line back up on a Saturday I called Cellino out of the blue after looking up plumbers in my area The dispatcher (Chris?) was very helpful and scheduled us for service that day When it took longer than he thought, he waived the service fee The technician who came, Nick P., was very professional and friendly and had us fixed up in no time I would highly recommend this plumbing company

Kristen was very helpful and courteousPayton was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and when I winced at the cost of replacing the whole unit he was kind enough to explain how I could easily fix it by replacing the faucet with the same manufacturerVery helpful!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** *** Cellino's technician used two separate devices in his attempt to clear my bathtub drainThe first device did not open it upWhen the second was used my ceiling started to leakA pipe had been brokenThe technician said my pipes were old and "compromised" and offered to open my ceiling for $I refusedThe following day the field manager agreed to waive the $fee but would not take responsibility for the damages to my ceiling or pipes.
Now I have a broken pipe and water damaged ceilingNeither of which I had prior to Cellino's "service" callTo use Cellino's flawed analogy: I went to the dentist to get a cleaning and came out with a chipped toothOf course the dentist should be held responsibleCellino is the "dentist"!!!

Dearling with Cellino Plumbing was like a wonderful revisit of when workers took their job seriously, dedicated all their best effort, cared about quality and quickness, were respectful, fun to have around and dedicated One even returned at MIDNIGHT to be sure the electrical situation was perfect REAL 'PATRIOTS' and strong American values of
customer service and integrity The red truck in our driveway with the picture of Jeff and his boys, was a reminder of the days when workers were happy, loved their jobs, felt a concern and responsibility to the customer and to the quality of their work and were honest, trustworthy, motivated and dedicated to excellenceWhat a happy pleasure If only they did all other household needs!!!

I needed immediate service for a plumbing issue I called Cellino Plumbing and was told that a service member would be at my house before noon He showed up at 11:beating my expectation Nick P was professional and courteous He patiently answered all of my questions and resolved my issue quickly I was extremely pleased with his service as well as the company's quick response to my needThanks Nick!!

I am sorry that you feel Cellino Plumbing ripped you offEvery complaint I spend time trying to figure out the cause and if it is a legitimate complaint or not(yes every company is going to make mistakes and I will freely admit when we make them) This complaint is very hard to find
information on because the job was done a year and months ago, since then the technician that was out there has left and we have switched office software I am also a big believer in great customer service so if one of our receptionist ever hung up the phone on a customer they would be written up and re-trained With that said we do record all of our calls that come in and I will most definitely review yours. I am particularly sorry if you did try and call for a manager or the owner and not get to one of us, I have never heard of such an issue with our company
As I was reading over your complaint I found several statements that you made that were incorrect You stated that we charged you "$for minutes of labor and a cent part." I tracked down the GPS report from that day and the technician was at your house for one 1HR and 11Mins after traveling 42Min to arrive on site He installed a Delta Repair Kit which is much more expensive then it looks as we use only OEM parts when possible, also we stock on our trucks which we build into the price as well.
The customer was never forced to go ahead with getting the work done, we do charge a $dispatch fee that he would have been asked to pay Once the technician arrives and looks at the issue he then provides a quote that the customer signs off on before completing the workThis quote was $with a $discount deducted because the customer agreed to put up a lawn sign
Our pricing on faucet repairs may be higher than other companies When we give the price, we do not change that price if something were to go wrong For instance if we had to open the wall to extract the cartridge this job would have taken several hours and the cost would have been what the customer originally signed offIf we did not have the correct part stocked we would not charge the customer to drive to a supply house and retrieve it Our pricing is based off the amount of time each task takes on average

10/15/we attempted to clean the bath tub drain in the 2nd floor
bathroomWe use a machine that is designed and made to clean tub drainsIt
uses a ¼ " cable and scores the inside of the pipe to remove any debris such as
hair and soap scumThe cable can not drill through or break a pipeThat being
said ,it will go through a pipe that is rotted or rusted This can be caused
from wear and tear and the age of the pipe Chemicals that may have been used to try and
open up a drain line can also eat away at piping
When
the plumber noticed there was a problem he explained the situation to the
customer and advised her what needed to be done nextHe needed to open up the
ceiling so he could see what was leaking The customer did not want to pay to
have this done The plumber left and did not charge for anything
The
very next day we sent out our field manager to take a lookHe offered to open
up the ceiling for freeThat would include putting down drop cloths and taping
off the walls with plastic to keep dust
downWith this done, he could assess
the situation and give her a price to repair the broken pipeCustomer refused
to have this work done
When
you go to the dentist for a teeth cleaning and they uncover a cavity they give
you the option to have it repairedWe did the same thing except we did not get
paid for the cleaning

we made every attempt to take care of this problem

We first called Cellino Plumbing in December 2014 for a backed-up sewer drain in the basement. It was a Sunday, and thus it cost more than usual for the emergency service. But the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us tips about how to prevent this in the future. Unfortunately, this weekend (February 2015) we suffered the same problem. We called Cellino Plumbing back and although they couldn't make it out the same day due to the high number of weather related emergencies, [redacted] came out the following day to remedy the problem. They told us on the phone that although the 30 day warranty had expired, they would not charge us for this second call!! Who does that?? Probably no one else! What [redacted] found was a plastic bag that got caught in the sewer line, probably due to the high winds and water that caused the stoppage in the first place. [redacted] was very professional and thorough, and since the company recognized they might not have gotten the entire clog out the first time, and thus did not charge us for the second call, we will not hesitate to call Cellino Plumbing in the future.

Nick P. was a pleasure having in our home. He was punctual, pleasant to talk with and professional. He explained his work plan and answered any questions we had along the way. He left the work areas neat. He is a positive representative of Cellino Plumbing.
