Review: 3/**/2012 I purchased iphone 4s from [redacted] who sold me a plan for ins on the phone that cost me approx $11 a month and was told if the phone got damaged or lost all I would have to do is walk in the store and they would give me a brand new phone not a refurbished one and if that was not available I would get a refund for the amount of phone minus the co pay. 9/**/2013 I went to the store to replace my phone with a broken screen service rep [redacted] was helping me he informed me he had no phones in the store and called the ins company they also had no phones but said one of their other stores had one in stock, he called the other store and that store said that phone went missing and should not be on the screen. I then asked [redacted] what is going to happen he said most likely ins co is going to cut me a check because they cant get me a new phone, with that [redacted] asked for the phone conversation with the ins co to be transferred to him a few moments later Mr. [redacted] informed me that my options were to take a refurbished 4s w/8gb and mine is a 16 gb or wait two weeks for a new 4s which is also only 8 gb. I then told them that wasn't acceptable he then told me :well you don't have any other choice what are you going to do?" I asked for a check to be cut like [redacted] had said was an option, and [redacted] said "absolutely not now what do you want to do?" "I said if you're not going to do it, I am going to file a Revdex.com complaint" and he said "go ahead". I would also like to add that [redacted] the original salesman told me that a new phone would only be $75 and [redacted] said $169 which I was willing to accept but not happy with. I currently have 9 phone lines and was going to add a 10th, however now the way I was treated I think I am going to look into a different phone carrier.what good is having a phone that doesn't work and have to wait up to two weeks for another phone? I also told [redacted] and [redacted] I was going to pay for a new phone with the money.Desired Settlement: According to [redacted] the phone is worth $600 they can minus the $169 and would like a refund of a refund for the 7 months I paid for insurance on a phone I can not replace...which comes out to $70, this is insurance was sold to me through this company I do have a witness and NY state does recognize a verbal agreement in the courts.
