Good experience
I ordered a JBL link 10 google speaker. The seller sent me a confirmation with the tracking number. I connected it to my wifi and it programmed to my Google home, also connected the Bluetooth to my tablet. Great sound, it works great. Thank you for a great buyer experience.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by CellXpo.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] As of September **, I shipped back my damaged bluetooth earpiece using the RGA they provided me, however, I have not received any credit nor correspondence from them regarding the transaction In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Do not buy from this company! I purchased what was supposed to be a new [redacted] HBS-Bluetooth headset from Cell XPO Instead, what I received was a refurbished defective headset (a headset and usb cord in a plastic bag, with no other documentation or accessories I wrote the company because I was not happy with getting a refurbished unit and that the left side of the headphones would not play sound This product also looked like it had been used for some time This product is not what I ordered I even returned to the website to make sure I did not miss something It is supposed to be new, not refurbished After several emails, I received an email telling me to charge my unit for hours Although I had charged the unit, this had nothing to do with what I asked After several more attempts, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement Even though I continued to email Cell XPO, my emails went unanswered I contacted [redacted] and explained the situation [redacted] gave me a return authorization When the product arrived at [redacted] they refused the product because they could not identify the model (Where model and serial are located, it was stamped “refurb”)Because [redacted] system is really not setup for this type of situation, It took five phone calls, two supervisors, and sending copies of the single invoice I received in the box to get a replacement unit from ** Many thanks to the people at ** I generally do not write a lot of reviews, but I do not want someone else falling into the same trap with this company They are not to be trusted

I don't believe this is a legitimate companyI placed an order for a Motorola Bluetooth car speaker and never received the item, even when the cost of the item was deducted from my accountThe website is no longer accessible, the email I sent to them came back to me and while I received a notice that a shipping label was created, the item was never delivered for shipmentDo not purchase products from this company!

The company sold me a defective Plantronics Voyager Legend bluetooth headset that was defectiveWhen I contacted them for replacement or refund they refused both, saying I had to deal with PlantronicsI have never before dealt with a company that denied responsibility for the product they soldThey do not list a phone number and do not answer at the phone numbers I got from White Pages or the Revdex.comA terrible company!

three attempts, delivery was made to CellXpo.com by UPS (signed receipt). Confirmation was received from CellXpo.com that a refund to credit card had been made on 7/**/(am)It was noted on the credit card account that the full payment had been recorded on 7/**/(pm)

Do not buy from this company!
I purchased what was supposed to be a new ** HBS-730 Bluetooth headset from Cell XPO. Instead, what I received was a refurbished defective headset (a headset and usb cord in a plastic bag, with no other documentation or accessories.

About 3 months ago I ordered a Motorola T325 bluetooth device from the CellXpo website. They send me a Motorola Roadster2 instead, which would have been acceptable but the Roadster2 crapped out shortly after I got it. I'm guessing it was a refurbished item and the battery was bad. I send them an e-mail regarding this but never received a reply. I still have the item.
