RUN! Purchased what I thought was a new Motorola H17 Bluetooth. It arrived in a plastic bag. I tried charging it overnight. It would not charge. I emailed them @ [email protected]. They stated it was covered under Motorola 1 yr warranty & I had to call them. I called Motorola & they told me that this business is not an authorized dealer & that they deliberately misled me and sold me a refurbished item & there is no warranty or support for their items sold. CellXPO will not replace or refund my money.

Review: I order a Motorola Oasis Bluretooth ear piece for cell phone. Cellxpo.com first said they wre out of stock and could not fill order. The they sent email saying the Motorola Oasis Bluetooth device was available and ask if I still want one. I responded 'yes'. They sent one which looked to be "used" and it would not charge or turn on. I contacted them by email for advice on the unit to charge and use. I tried their proposed solution which did not work. I contacted them to return unit and ask for a Return Authorization number. I received one by email with this communication: "you can return to us for an exchange. your exchange number is [redacted]. Please mark box with exchange number. valid for 7days."

This was on Feb. **, 2015. I sent the unit by certified-Receipt on Feb.**, 2015 bt [redacted] tried to deliver on 2/**/2015. Results were "No Authorized Recipient Available". On Mar *, 2015, [redacted] changed status to "Unclaimed" and returned to me.

Cellxpo has not responded.Desired Settlement: A phone call from Cellxpo ###-###-#### and a refund to my credit card.

I have not received above ordered products and they refuse to prove my receipts of products and refund my money. They are instructing me to go and ask the mailman personally where he delivered the products ....which is unheard of and unethical customer service. I need to have my refund furnished to my credit card please and wish not to have any further business transaction with these people. I was shocked to now see the amount of delivery problems listed with the Revdex.com regarding this company. They appear to be scammers and should be penalized. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Requesting a cash refund of $39.95 x 2 (plus tax and delivery charges if charged....as I cannot remember if these were charged).

Review: On sept *,2014 I purchased a bluetooth from cellexpo.com Invoice number [redacted]customer id [redacted]transaction id [redacted] The frist thing I notice was the delay in shipping the product , went to Massachusetts for two weeks and when I return the item didn't arrived, so I contacted cellexpo.com via email , because it is the only way to get in touch with them, they responded with a reference number for the package and when I checked with the post office they didn't receive d the Item as yet, so I went back to my job which takes me out of state and I don't have wifi or cell phone service to follow up with any email .after the third week the package came in a bag a weatherproof bag , which in clued , one charger in a plactic bag , a owners manual and to my surprise a used bluetooth headset with the black rubber surface showing signs of wear, it did not hold charge for long and to make matters worse the rubber casing split were it curves over ur ears, thats when I decided I needed a refund, I contacted cellexpo.com via email and told them I would like a refund in stead then, ship the items , after purchasing the same bluetooth t [redacted], took pictures of theirs to show them there was no way that they sent was new and highlighted the sections that was broken ans sign of usage, thirdly I had gotten one at [redacted]Now cellexpo.com replied with a reference number ([redacted]) for me to send it back to them after I had already mailed the package back to them which was sent by registered mail to them for delivery on 10/[redacted]/2014, the date of shipment was 10/[redacted] 2014Desired Settlement: Simple refund I purchase the same bluetooth at [redacted] for ten-dollers more

This item was charged to my credit card and it was never shipped. The number for the business is out of service and there is no way to contact them for a refund. I need assistance in collecting a refund for said bogus purchase. Can you assist?Desired Settlement: I wish to either receive the package with a refund of the shipping or a cancellation of the entire order and a complete refund of the purchase. Also to have the company website to be taken of all sites due to false advertisement so this does not keep happening.

There is no tracking information on the package information they provided when the kits were supposed to be shipped. Review: On September **, 2013 I ordered a electric charger for my cell phone. When I received the charger on October * I plugged it in my phone and nothing happened.Either I was sent the wrong model charger or it is defective.I E-mailed Cellxpo and told them.I got a e-mail back asking for the model number of the charger on 10/*,I sent them the information they wanted the same day.I haven"t heard from them since.I tried calling several times for two days no one answered I left a message ,no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to talk to cellxpo and find out if they sent the wrong charger for my model phone if so replace it or give me a refund .I will gladly return the charger they sent me .

I purchased what was supposed to be a new ** HBS-730 Bluetooth headset from Cell XPO. Instead, what I received was a refurbished defective headset (a headset and usb cord in a plastic bag, with no other documentation or accessories.

I wrote the company because I was not happy with getting a refurbished unit and that the left side of the headphones would not play sound. This product also looked like it had been used for some time. This product is not what I ordered. I even returned to the website to make sure I did not miss something. It is supposed to be new, not refurbished.

After several emails, I received an email telling me to charge my unit for 12 hours. Although I had charged the unit, this had nothing to do with what I asked. After several more attempts, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. Even though I continued to email Cell XPO, my emails went unanswered.

I contacted ** and explained the situation. ** gave me a return authorization. When the product arrived at ** they refused the product because they could not identify the model. (Where model and serial are located, it was stamped “refurb”). Because [redacted] system is really not setup for this type of situation, It took five phone calls, two supervisors, and sending copies of the single invoice I received in the box to get a replacement unit from **. Many thanks to the people at **.

I generally do not write a lot of reviews, but I do not want someone else falling into the same trap with this company. They are not to be trusted.

Review: I ordered a Plantronics Voyager Legend Wireless headset from CellXpo on Jan [redacted] 2015. Website stated Member of Revdex.com so I thought they were reliable. They are not a member. When I received the headset it did not preform properly, was cracked, did not have ear buds, proper packaging or any return information. It was very obvious it was used/refurbished. I was expecting a new product since nowhere did the site state Used items. I emailed and called (answering machine) CellXpo twice on Jan [redacted] and [redacted] asking for return information and stated I want a full refund for the defective product. I have not heard back from them and after checking them out on the web it appears many other consumers have had the same problems.Desired Settlement: I want CellXpo to provide me with information on how I can return the defective product and receive a full refund. I do not want a replacement since I have purchased a new headset at a retail store.

Review: On October [redacted] I ordered a silver Jawbone ERA headset from Cell XPO's website. My order was not shipped until October [redacted], and only because I contacted the seller requesting information on the whereabouts of my purchase on October [redacted]. When I received my package, it contained a black Jawbone ERA, which was not the product I ordered. Upon further inspection of the product, this device was clearly used. There are several scuffs and scratches on the unit, and when plugged into my computer it the item was clearly paired to two other devices prior to me receiving it. This, to me, poses a health risk as the item sits in the ear canal and was likely worn by someone I do not know. I contacted Cell XPO on October [redacted] expressing the same concerns as I stated here, and the response I received from [redacted] was, "we only have the black in stock." It is now November [redacted], I have contacted Joel 3 more times, and I have not received a clear cut answer on how he will be processing my RMA. My only option now is to dispute the charges with my bank.Desired Settlement: I would like my original purchase price plus original shipping charges refunded. I would also like them to cover the return shipping charges. I don't feel it is fair for me to be out a single penny for a product that was nothing near as described and clearly used previously.

[A voice call was made to my phone saying the product I ordered was "out-of-stock" and CellXpo would be shipping a "better, more full featured" product. I did not receive or hear this call myself]

Product was not new, but marked "refurb-w" (refurbished).

Product showed signs of prior use.

Product did not have the features of the product I had ordered.

Product was in "zip-locked" bags, not original packaging.

Product did not contain any manual or instructions as to use.

Product (refurbished) was over-priced by 50%, when compared to same products by other sales outlets.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of money to my credit card account.
