I received a phone call last week asking for my address and telling me that they would be sending me a check for the disputed amount which is acceptable.  However, I have not yet received the check and don't think this matter should be closed until I receive the payment.

It has been more than 48 hours since I received this response.  To date, Super Shuttle has NOT made an attempt to contact me.

I just got a phone call from supershuttle that they will look into the problem and I am waiting their response. Nothing has been solved yet.

Super Shuttle has NOT contacted us in any way regarding this issue.  WE have called multiple times only to be referred to customer service representatives that say they will call us back. No calls have been made in response to our complaint.

I do not book online for reservations in any way shape or form due to the amount of hacking online. No one ever told me at any given time in any way shape or  form that I had to book my reservation online in order to receive mileage plus points WHILE I WAS MAKING THE MANY &  NUMEROUS TIMES I CALLED ON THE PHONE TO SUPER SHUTTLE/EXECU CAR IN 2016 TO MAKE RESERVATIONS. I DID NOT FIND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT BEING ABLE TO GET POINTS FROM SUPER SHUTTLE TIL I WAS ONLINE LOOKING AT [redacted] WAYS YOU CAN EARN FREQUENT FLYER MILES. IT WAS THEN IN FEB./MARCH 2017 TIME FRAME THAT I CONTACTED SUPER SHUTTLE REGARDING MILEAGE PLUS POINTS. NOT ONE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHILE BOOKING MY RESERVATION WITH SUPER SHUTTLE OR EXECU CAR TOLD ME I COULD EARN MILEAGE POINTS WITH SUPER SHUTTLE OR EXECU CAR BY BOOKING ONLINE. I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FROM. SO, NO, I DO NOT & WILL NOT ACCEPT SUPER SHUTTLES/EXECU CARS RESPONSE. I DO NOT GO TO SUPER SHUTTLES OR EXECU CARS WEBSITE, IT IS MUCH EASIER & FASTER FOR ME TO CALL ON THE PHONE & BOOK MY RESERVATION. DUE TO ALL THE HACKERS ONLNE, I WILL NOT BE BOOKING ANY RESERVATIONS ONLINE. I MIGHT ADD, THAT I DID BOOK A RESERVATION WITH A COMPANY & THEY HAD NO ISSUES WITH GIVING ME MY ADDITIONAL POINTS IRREGARDLESS OF THE TIME FRAME.
