A collection agency had been calling my house. The person they wanted didn't live there and the agency would not stop calling and would not identify themselves. All I had was a number. I had been receiving repeated calls from a party who asks for my personal information (full legal name, address, social security number)but who refuses to identify him/her self or the reason for requesting my information.
