I am the conservator of my uncle As the cost of his medical expenses it became apparent that he did not have enough money to cover these expenses An administrator of a care facility suggested the Center for Elder Veterans Rights Thay have been professional throughout the process advising me of any changes or information that was needed My uncle was able to receive of times the amount that he was receiving from the VA before His expenses are now covered Their service was exceptional

Center for Elder Veterans Rights is awesome! They obtained a generous VA award for my year-old mother, after being turned down by VA times prior without their help Although they weren't the best about answering their phone or returning their phone calls, in the end they came through with shining colors After the $fee & your VA award is obtained, they take care of all your future submissions with the VA & never charge you again In fact, they don't even charge the $if you are not awarded the money from the VA (I believe they reimburse you the fee) Overall, this has been a great experience! Working with the VA and all their complicated requirements is way too difficult without this law firm's help! They do a great job!
