Our experience with The Center For Elder Veterans Rights was nothing short of wonderfulI tried to applied to the VA for benefits due my year old aunt who served years as a Captain in the Korean WarApplying through their bureaucracy was stressful and confusingThe kind and helpful staff at CFEVR made the application process understandable and efficientAnd fast!!! Within months she received her award and started receiving benefitsWith the Aid and Assistance she is now able to keep her home, and prepare for future needsWe are extremely satisfied with CFEVR and will recommend them to everyone!

I cannot imagine trying to maneuver my way through this massive paper process that is the VA without the help of the Center for Eder Veteran's Rights. They advised me and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. They were responsive to all questions and concerns and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My father is now receiving his benefit which lessens the stress and anxiety of paying for his care.

This will be a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for my Mom this year. Eighteen months ago the VA stopped my Mom's benefits due to questions that at times never reached her in the mail. For the past five years as the daughter, I have dealt with the VA ad nauseum and usually handled issues that would pop up. This time, I got nowhere, not even with our local County VA Counselor. I was directed to the Ms. [redacted]'s firm who compiled every piece of information and placed in a format that the VA could understand. My Mom was due to lose her living arrangements if this was not sorted out within the next six months. Eighteen months later with continued expedited requests for my 86 yo Mom the re-instated benefits came through along with the back benefits of the past eighteen months due to my Mother. Ms. [redacted] group of supportive staff of [redacted] and [redacted] supported us every step of the way and never made us feel bad for contacting them as often as we wished. I feel like the celebrated my Mom's win as much as we did. The lag time at the VA is criminal for our veteran's and spouses as not all vets that are older have family that can steer them in the right direction for help and tend to just let it go.

The Center for Elder Veterans Rights, PC has been extremely helpful to my mother and myself in assisting us with getting the VA A&A benefits my mother to which my mother is entitled due to her status as a widow of a veteran. I attempted this on my own a couple of years ago with from the VA, but after initial contact from them, they never went any further. CFEVR has assisted me with Aid and Attendance twice -- for my husband and, recently, for my spousal benefit. Everyone in the organization has been understanding, friendly and patient. CFEVR took care of every bit of my father's VA claim. I filled out one simple form and tracked down one document. They helped me get monthly assistance from the VA to go toward the cost of my father's assisted living facility. This was a huge relief during a stressful time.

The CEVR did everything they said they would do in a professional and encouraging manner. I was guided through a maze of paperwork and benefits were awarded to my brother in less than 5 months. I would definitely recommend their service. It was worth every penny.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my - and my familys' gratitude to the ENTIRE staff at CFVER! We just last week recieved the approval letter for my fathers' award and we couldn't be more greatful. My fathers health has been quickly deteriorating over the past year - and we were desperate to find him a long-term care facility. Unfortunately, we found out too late, that they had fallen victim to a fake lottery scam that literally drained them of what small savings they had. We were referred to CFVER by a church member. The staff patiently walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. They responded quickly to every request for an update we made every 4 weeks. They were genuinely happy and excited for us when news came that not only were we approved - but that we would receive the maximum amount allowed. This would not have been possible had we tried to apply on our own and trudge through the red-tape of the VA. We can now proceed with finding my father the best possible facility with the help of this monthly award.

I had the pleasure of working with this group while seeking benefits for my aging mother. I paid for and outside service to find my fathers service records without any results. The senior Independent living facility my mother is staying recommended CFEVR to assist me. They (Alexandria [redacted]) were very prompt on getting issues resolved and getting my fathers military service records. My mothers declining health and early stages of dementia made it difficult getting information. Within days Alex was able to collect information on my fathers records. After succeeding and blocking interference from the other agency. She was able to retrieve my father's service records to start my mothers Benefits thru the Veteran's Administration. The staff at Center for Elder Veterans Rights are a class act firm and are committed to you not only as a client but make you feel as part of the family.

I am the conservator of my uncle. As the cost of his medical expenses it became apparent that he did not have enough money to cover these expenses. An administrator of a care facility suggested the Center for Elder Veterans Rights. Thay have been professional throughout the process advising me of any changes or information that was needed. My uncle was able to receive of 7 times the amount that he was receiving from the VA before. His expenses are now covered. Their service was exceptional
