From: [redacted] Sent: Monday, August 10, 10:AMTo: ' [redacted] Subject: RE: Erosion I just grabbed *** We will fix this and the remainder of the back I cannot give you a time We use subcontractors for landscaping/grading As soon as I can get with ***, today, I will try to get you a time frame Just know if I tell you it will be fixed, it will be I will contact [redacted] with Revdex.com to let her know we have discussed this and we will get it fixedI apologize for the problem and want to get this corrected as soon as possible

Hi [redacted] I did reach out to [redacted] He closed on his home a couple of years ago. He is ours. Actually one of our guys had gone by on his way to another job site and stopped to start cleaning up area. He called his supervisor to tell him that had to take... precedence over what he was planning to do. He cleaned that day and we pressure washed the next day. The landscaper was coming the following day to look at his back yard to reseed and put straw down to keep from washing out. The grader was to put up silt fence and our site coordinator was on vacation and didn’t realize they were starting on the lot next to [redacted] I called him as soon as I got your message. I called again that night to check on things. Didn’t hear from him so I called again the following morning. Found out [redacted] was out of town for work. I asked him to call me when he returned to let me know everything was to his satisfaction. I will update as soon as I can talk with him again. ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] Hello [redacted] I have called [redacted] several times and have not seen any improvementsMy driveway was halfway clean enough to pull my cars in the garage, but nothing has been done to fix the damage to my yardI called [redacted] again today around 9:a.mand was transferred to her voicemailHowever, I did speak to her yesterday by phone and was told that she would contact the project managerAt this point, no one has addressed the issues that I am having with my yardSure, a silt fence was installed but the damage had already been done prior to the fence being upLT [redacted]

Thank you for your response. While I agree some attempts were made to complete repairs they were never done properly. It was a band-aid put on a larger issue. I do not feel this lives up to the warranty. This has been a documented issue since I first wrote the contract for the house. SK assured me it would be fixed and it was not. If my car broke down and I took it to the repair shop they would fix it, not attempt to. I reject the counter from SK but am hopeful we can come to a resolution. I will send documentation in subsequent emails. Thank you.

[redacted] I have just reviewed your complaint. First, I apologize for any inconvenience SK has created for you and your family. Please let me know a good time to reach you, I would love to discuss how we can get your punch list completed as soon as possible. ***... [redacted] [redacted] Office Manager SK Builders Inc. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
I met with SK's site manager times If he was here 7-times, I was not aware The contractor that SK recommended was cheaper, but the same work had to be done As the photos show, lots of concrete remained buried after SK supposedly cleaned it up The tree stumps mentioned by MsStrange in her response were not the reason for my complaint My complaint was based on SK not returning calls when the work was not completed and BUILDING MATERIALS remained buried where I am building a garage Building materials consisted of CONCRETE, BRICKS, DRYWALL, PLASTIC BUILDING STRAPS, OSB, 2x4s pressure treated, FIREBLOCK CAULK, etc The removal of the construction debris cost $which included replacing the dirt where the debris was removedAn additional $was charged by my builder for two additional garage layouts/footer digs that were done before the footers could actually be completed. The engineer that reviewed the footers for my builder stuck his probe in the ground over 4' in the footers Proper footers would only allow a probe to penetrate a few inches.

Janet Hudnall

This is a 3 year home out of warranty.  Our warranty manager had been talking with this customer prior to her submittal trying to get a time for one of the owners and Warranty Manager to go look at home.  There was a scheduled meeting for today.  The homeowner told on the owners that...

these problems started this past summer.  Customer was notified that our warranty with our subcontractors had expired.  We told her we would reach out to them to see if there were any manufacturer warranties.  One of the subcontractors is going to go out to see what can be done to fix an issue.  She wasn’t happy that it was going to be our subcontractor.   We suggested she reach out to couple of people for couple of issues.  She was not happy and not sure she will be after warranty manager and owner of company explaining our warranty is for 1 year with subcontractors.   Paula S[redacted]

Warranty Manager has scheduled an appointment for the customer for 1/19/2018 between 9 and 1.  They have been notified. Paula S[redacted]

SK Builders and their siding subcontractor has come out and replace the siding that has fallen off.  It looks great.  They still have to come out and button up a few things.  They have exceeded expectations and my wife and I are very happy with what they have done.  Thank you for your help with this matter.
