There has been communication with our warranty department and plumber, one of our subcontractors. Warranty manager has spoken via text with customer numerous times trying to assist in completion.   Unfortunately, had to get onto the schedule of plumber to get this completed. ...

They are scheduled to be there today, 2/16/2018.
