The deposit that was left by [redacted] was in 500$ cash it was then dropped into the safe as per store policySo the money could not be returned until one of the owners was here to sign a check refunding the money.Which she received the very next day [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Somehow I got on their mailing listI never bought a car from themI went to a competitor because the salesman was not particularly nice
they send me mail every week
When I called them to complain and to take me off their listthey stated sending me two copies of all their mail
So I called againNow it's just one copy
They were calling my house as well
Nonstop harassment if you ask me
I will never shop there

deal offered to me with my family. They felt that this deal was not a good deal since I went to the dealership to test drive a 2016 Altima with free maintenance and ended up with a 2015 and had to pay for maintenance. When I wrote to my salesperson the next day after giving them my credit card he said I was disturbing him and needed to contact the General Manager. I wrote to the General Manager and asked for a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. I do not want what they offered since it was not a good deal on a high price item. I later found out about all the complaints against this dealership. I didn't want to deal anymore with their bad customer service. Thanks for your help in this matter.

The merchant continues its dishonest practices by responding with a claim that the customer was informed it would take "roughly 3-5 weeks", which is a blatant lie. Customer disputed credit card charge as a last resort to the business failing to provide a refund. The merchant still has not explained why there was no communication to the customer regarding a possible delay with the ordered vehicle.

Also as soon as [redacted] did bring her letter of cancelation in where refunded her money right away

Customer's concern was "Vehicle shut off 2X while driving" their 2013 Sentra with 69,794 miles. We scanned vehicle with a Nissan Diagnostic computer and found that the Sensor in the Throttle Chamber was cutting out intermittently causing the vehicle to stall. The throttle chamber was clean during...

our inspection and dirt was not the issue, the problem is an intermitten fault with the sensor in the throttle chamber. A new throttle chamber was recommended to correct the intermitten stalling of the vehicle. The customer declined the replacement. While the vehicle can operate normally, it will continue to stall as the sensor issue manifest itself in the future.
