The manufacture has concluded there are no defects . As a one time courtesy to the consumer the manufacture will offer material replacement . Also a a one time courtesy McSwain will offer labor replacement . The consumer must stay with  the same manufacture . If they reselect  they are...

There was damage that was definitely caused to my shelves and the inconveniences experienced during the install with the delays and the delay in picking up my old carpet and padding for months are the reasons I believe I deserve an adjustment to my bill

They had to come out and tear old floor up and put another , still not finished![redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].I would like to clarify that although McSwain did come and haul the carpet and padding from our outside deck, it was my husband and I who were forced to do the laborious task of removing it from our great room due to not being able to get any kind of response from McSwain, even after multiple attempts by phone, and by visiting the store personally.Although McSwain stated the credit would be processed the afternoon of September 1st, as of today, September 3rd, the credit to Discover has not yet been submitted.     Please advise when the credit will be submitted, and the substantiating Reference Number associated with the transaction.   Thank you.

The customer is aware the carpet came short from the manufacture . It has been ordered and it will take about 10 business days .
