I have personally visited the shop where this faulty work was done in January They have all of the required documents including copies of our receipts from World Ford in Pensacola where the repair work was accomplished

We have made multiple attempts to resolve this customers concernShe refuses to come inAll repairs were completed at our facility and tested prior to the customer being called to pick up the vehicleWe perform these tests on every vehicle to reduce the possibility of these issues arisingOur continued effort to maintain satisfaction in our customers is very important and we would love an opportunity to resolve this matter as soon as possibleShe needs to bring the vehicle back to any of the LocationsWe will warranty anything we did incorrectly our invoice states we do not pay other shops to do our warranty workWe should have a chance to fix the problem Thanks John J [redacted] ###-###-####

The argument made by Greulich's representative is false I was told by the shop manager where the vehicle was towed that the replacement of the timing belt on my [redacted] should be done at 60,miles That was reiterated by a second shop in the area and finally confirmed by the manual for the vehicle I don't know where they are getting their information, but it is incorrect, as verified by three credible sources I don't know how they could possibly claim that the vehicle's own manual provided by [redacted] is wrong, but this information does not seem to be unavailable to other repair facilities.I was at Greulich's two weeks before the timing belt failed and twice last year to have necessary maintenance repairs, and no mention or recommendation of the timing belt was made, despite my clear and consistent instructions to the shop to let me know whatever was necessary to keep that vehicle in pristine condition My budget was never their concern, as I had spent thousands of dollars on any recommendations upon which I relied on Greulich's knowledge and professionalism I am sorry to see them so poorly lacking in both

Chevy pickup was dropped off to our store at Alma School for the air-conditioning not blowing coldWe found The compressor had failed internally causing metal particles to be dispersed through the systemWe recommend replacing compressor and all necessary components affected
by this damage. Money was an issue and the AC components are very expensive, We let Jenny purchase the parts from Napa and our discounted rateVery nice of JoeThe discounted parts are huge financial savings and typically we do not do this. Our business profits on both parts and labor. Jenny needs to understand when you have a vehicle with 280,000+ miles on it and it has over years oldYou can find things during the repair that we could not foreseeLike the AC hose that would not come apartIt was rusted together needed to come apartHowever, the threads were damaged during disassemblyThis was no one's fault just time and corrosion played a part in this components failureIf we did such a bad jobWhy would she uses for over years? We always try to make our customers happy, It is a two-way streetWe feel we have done everything possible to help her and she continues to be unreasonableWe offered to clean out the evaporator at a reduced rateShe chose to do this somewhere elseThe work performed on the air-conditioning system was done properly, The 280,mile vehicle just needed more work, but she was not willing to pay, is just about moneyGreulichs feels we owe no refund Joe and his crew went above and beyond to helpHope this helps Thanks, John J***

These are photos from Tuesday night showing the power steering fluid was not low, the dip stick was registering oil on the dipstick and the pads were not fused to anythingI opted not to do an oil change because I did the oil change weeks prior myself, the tech was basing the "past due" for oil change on an old sticker. Please provide training to your staff instead of arguing and trying to justify

In response to this issue Greulichs or any other shop is not responsible for parts they did not supplyThe customer was trying to save money so the hoses looked ok at that time so we did not replace themI will refund $for Evac and Recharge even though the compressor that failed was not
supplied by us a warranty should be issued by the parts supplier due to it being defectiveWe were just trying to help in most cases we don't install customer supplied parts for this reason. Refund $120.00 Thanks John J*** ***

We will give you a discounted rate on removing the debris from your evaporator 50% off the laborIn some cases the evaporator can not be cleaned so you may need a new evaporator, we will not know until we remove itAnd for the record we don't generally let customers purchase parts at a discount from our suppliers, this is a special caseSorry you don't understand we did nothing wrongHope this helpsJohn
