dipstick and she would not even do an oil change? Here is what the RO stated. In response to the complaintThe tech preformed testing and found that the engine control module had a failure in it at the time of testingThe ignition module passed testing at the timeThat is why it was recommended to replace itWe cannot say that it was an intermediate issue that was failing

The customer did reach out to me however she already had the repairs done at an out of network shopI did try to get money back from the parts supplier but again there is a process and she could of made a phone call prior to having the vehicle repairedWe would have had it repaired at a shop
within our network at no chargeIt states on the back of our receipt we dont pay other shops to do warranty repairs. Sorry for the inconvenience. John

I've already sent them emails which they have ignored requesting reimbursement If he agrees to refund my

The response is catagorically FALSE!  The company allows anyone to purchase parts to save the 100% mark-up fee with the explicit understanding that Gruelichs provides zero warranty on those parts.  This was not a "one-off", Joe does this for anyone who asks.  The VP is 100% lieing when he states the company offered to fix the evap comp.  NO SUCH OFFER was ever made. I was told to come pick the truck up, when I did there was NO mention of a problem with the evap comp, simply that Joe would be calling me to discuss the xrta charges for the serpentine belt and upper air hose.  Bottom line I was charged $776 for a repair that was not done properly. The AC still does not work and I NEVER told them I was taking it somewhere else to be fixed, what I said was I no longer trusted them with my vehicles.  If the truck needed additional parts then Joe should have contacted me before releasing the vehicle to obtain my authorization to replace the evap comp that was allegedly worn out/ rusted (OEM parts are available for everything on this truck! regardless of miles), the store had 4 days to make the repair after I brought it back, I was not told anything other than we moved it in/out of the garage and couldn't find anything wrong. Greulichs should be ashamed of themselves wrt how they have handled this situation.  How sad they are willing to lose a customer who has spent in excess of $20,000 over 15 yrs.  Instead of making this situation right, refunding the money, apologizing for their mistakes, and getting their mechanics some much needed training, they would rather right fight and try and make this about the number of miles on my vehicle.

honestly that's not good enough because not only have I missed a...

payment now due to their error, a payment was returned due to the agents stating I was over paid.  Now who knows what has happened. I would need credits in the amount of both of those payments of 133.57. I set this up in a specific way due to MY budget. I've spoken to a couple different customers who has experienced issues with Snap financial as well. Its not acceptable and needs to be corrected in order for me to continue.

We have made multiple attempts to resolve this customers concern. She refuses to come in. All repairs were completed at our facility and tested prior to the customer being called to pick up the vehicle. We perform these tests on every vehicle to reduce the possibility of these issues...

arising. Our continued effort to maintain satisfaction in our customers is very important and we would love an opportunity to resolve this matter as soon as possible. She needs to bring the vehicle back to any of the 13 Locations. We will warranty anything we did incorrectly our invoice states we do not pay other shops to do our warranty work. In some cases when we move the hose to replace the compressor they leak after the repair it's an 11-year-old piece of rubber and sometimes they crack on the inside. Unfortunately when you replace the compressor there's no way to not move the hose. MSRP list on the hose is $300 I will be happy...

to replace the hose at $223 plus tax we will do the labor at no charge and not charge for refrigerant.We hope this will resolve this issue please contact me if you have any questions at [redacted]. Thanks John

Just want to clear this up,  in most cases, we have the customer pay directly for the tow bill two driver. We typically do not mark them up. However, if we run it through the  management software and drives us to mark up the bill. There is a small markup.I will be happy to refund the...

The argument made by Greulich's representative is false.  I was told by the shop manager where the vehicle was towed that the replacement of the timing belt on my [redacted] should be done at 60,000 miles.  That was reiterated by a second shop in the area and finally confirmed by the manual for the vehicle.  I don't know where they are getting their information, but it is incorrect, as verified by three credible sources.  I don't know how they could possibly claim that the vehicle's own manual provided by [redacted] is wrong, but this information does not seem to be unavailable to other repair facilities.I was at Greulich's two weeks before the timing belt failed and twice last year to have necessary maintenance repairs, and no mention or recommendation of the timing belt was made, despite my clear and consistent instructions to the shop to let me know whatever was necessary to keep that vehicle in pristine condition.  My budget was never their concern, as I had spent thousands of dollars on any recommendations upon which I relied on Greulich's knowledge and professionalism.  I am sorry to see them so poorly lacking in both.

I dont know what went wrong with the brakes however I will be happy to refund the money.  John J[redacted] Please have them call me directly.
