Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] We have made several calls and many complaints about the cookware, so there is no reason for it to be said that there were no complaintsI dont think it is fair to have to buy something and only have days to decide we do not want the product, when we didnt even recieve the cookware for a week after we ordered it, there fore, how are we to know that we even like the product ? and if we do not like it, we are unable to return it ? that is extremely unfair In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Century Lifestyles regarding complaint ID [redacted] .Sincerely, [redacted]

My fiancé and I went to a presentation for pots after being called and told that we won a plethora of itemsAfter the whole thing was over, JERRY said he would throw in two weeks of free hotel stays to any Marriott in Europe if we purchased these potsI even specifically asked JERRY about the exact locations we would be going to and he assured me there would be no problemsThe price of the hotels (especially ***) in Europe basically cancelled out the high cost of these pots so at the time it seemed like a deal, actually if you look up the costs, we were making outFast forward a year to right now when we're trying to book our honeymoon and these FREE vacations not only do not work, but they never included *** to begin withAnd the pots are terribleWe would have known a lot sooner that the pits were terrible but out apartment flooded and we were unable to use them as they have been in their box in a storage unit for quite some time while we were living with family

I Would like to return my defective products for a full refund of my purchase price of $2,plus interest paidI have tried several times to resolve this issue and find a solution but your company WILL NOT respondAre you supposed to be the CEO of this company?? Your Mission Statement is "COMMITTED TO EXCELLENCE" yet you cannot respond to or resolve my simple matter? I am absolutely NOT happy with your products and am request a refund of my purchase immediately! I have submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com and also on social media about this horrible matterThe customer service displayed be your company is absolutely HORRIBLE and a complete jokeI was tricked into purchasing products from Chef World at a ridiculous amount of money for a product that does NOT work as efficiently as advertised by the sales associateThe skillets ALL stick horribly and it is hard to cook with without food ripping apart and sticking to the potsI was assured that all pots are non-stick and come clean

My fiance and I we very enticed by the cookwareWe've been making payments on it since June There have been instances where we haven't been able to make a payment but have caught upI lost my job earlier this month and they are now threatening to charge off the account and sue usThe cookware has been sitting in storage ever since we got itWe have not used itThe only part we have used are the free knives we receivedI've tried to return the cookware as we realized that a) we're not using the cookware and b) its a bit expensive for us, especially when we have two kids, trying to find a place to live, getting married in two months and doing everything we can to stay on our feet right nowIn addition, the free items they claim we were getting were not freeThe trips you have to pay a deposit for as well as pay nightly fees forThe rings you have to pay shipping on so that isn't really free eitherIn addition, we watched the DVD, which tells us we have to heat the food on

My fiancee and I attended a wedding expo in *** ** in June and as a result, ended up ordering a cookware set from Century Direct International (CDI)On June **, a letter was sent confirming our order and the agreement for a payment of $to be debited from my account on July ** and then $a month for five months, starting August ** and our cookware would still be delivered to our addressI initially explained I would be calling to setup payments; The first two times we've called this number, we were able to reach someoneNow when we try to call the number provided, ###-###-#### the number is never setup to take callsSince I couldnt reach them via phone, I sent an email to the address on their website, which earned me a kickback messageFinally received a call from the company today on August ** but from a different numberWe spoke with Patti and explained that we wanted to cancel our order since we couldnt reach anyone and payments were being drafte

purchased item was told you can drop it out a window and it will not scratch, also that it was a full return warranty, among many other promises about item, and a day refund Received item 10-*-2016, used one pan it discolored, used vinegar as stated still there, On 10-**-called about a replacement got runaround, while doing this Robert miller looked at pan she used had major scratches and dents and pinholes on bottom and deep mill groove scratch insideRobert then looked at two other pans and a lid-that had not yet even been touched, they was a lot of scratches, swirly scratches, dings, pin holes and deep grove milling marks insideRebecca decided a full refund was needed because she did not trust the product and it was not as advertisedShe tried for refund got major run around and told she had days for a refund she signed contract at finance company, she does not remember it being a contract for the pans just the financeThe paper however she has said days, they sa

I attended a bridal cookware presentation and was shown this great sounding cookware that is supposed to cook food greatly in a short period of time with less preparation and much easier than other cooking methodsI was pressured into buying and fianancing this cookware on the premise of cookware better than any other and coupons for vacations that never expireUpon receiving the cookware we learned through the directions that cook time is not really quicker than any regular cookware and the cooking is definitely not easier, if anything it is more of a hassleOne of the pieces of cookware fell apart upon the first useDefinitely not remotely worth the $or more we financed for itAlso the vacation coupons DO expire, and barely enough time to use them (less than a year for most)It was also advertised as completely free all inclusive hotel stays, and all require a payment of at least $to useI have contacted the customer service department and they do not care that the cu

I could only select one nature of my complaint but in reality I have threeI have contract issues, advertising issues, and warranty issues concerning my purchaseI will start with advertisingI went to this minute presentation for pots and pans with the idea of receiving a free giftIn the presentation the they said how other products are not safe or healthy because of the manufacturing material and that they could cause health issuesLooking into it I found that this is not legal practiceI was also told that purchasing more product would get me more gifts that were free vacations on top of the first gift that was free rings from jvlmy fiance and I were thinking it would be great since we were just about to get married to use the rings and then the vacations for our honeymoonI was told the vacations do not expire and that I could sell them to other peopleIt turns out after all is said and done the vacation pamphlet says you can not barter or sell the vacations and jvl o

I was tricked into purchasing products from Chef World at a ridiculous amount of money for a product that does NOT work as efficiently as advertised by the sales associateThe skillets ALL stick horribly and it is hard to cook with without food ripping apart and sticking to the potsI was assured that all pots are non-stick and come clean easilythat they will not stain and that I would have to cook with less energy and would save money on my energy billsThese pots and pans are absolutely horribleI have not saved any money or saved any energy usage on these pots and pansI was told by the sales man that other pans that use Teflon can be harmful to my health since the Teflon coating flakes off and gets into your food and can be ingestedNaturally this concerned me greatlyI was baited along with other engaged couples to come to a presentation in order to get a prize because we were picked to win a free gift since our names were drawn from hundreds of people that were on t

My fiance and I attended a minute seminar in reference to purchasing pansWe purchased pans and our total was $The person giving the presentation told us we would have a certain payment amount for monthsThey never stated that we would be a financing account, that it would be credit account where they run credit checks r anythingThe made it seem as though we would have to pay installments and that was it, something like a layaway, but instead you have the itemsThey never stated we would be charged a ridiculous amount of interest, and finance chargesNow we're stuck with paying like $that was initially supposed to be $Not to mention I paid $cash deposit on the spotI feel like I was scammed into an accoun, and I would recommend nobody o ever buy from this company because it's a trap
