Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1.  He advertised the cars he sell as "certified luxury auto" and I thought I was purchasing a certified luxury auto.2. I purchased the vehicle with a $7000.00 down payment and financed $23000.00. If I had wanted a car that I will start taking to the repair shop for repairs, I could have purchased one for $7000.00 and start dealing with the inconvenience of going to the repair shop.3. In [redacted]'s words "I am here for you" "I do not lie to my customers" "When I die, I will not take the mouth to the grave, therefore anything I tell you is true about this car". [redacted] promised to put floor mats in the car and had his worker [redacted] order the floor mats, he promised to call the Porche Dealership to get the 2nd key. He told me to drop the car off on Tuesday March 22, 2015 in order to have his Mechanic fix the car and have it in good condition. Those were his words before the disagreement on the 2nd key came up. 4. There are hundreds of dealerships in the Phoenix Metro area that will respect and appreciate my business. [redacted] is very unprofessional and a pathetic liar. He told my husband and myself I quote "take me to court". He told me he does not want to talk to me as a woman. He told my husband "You bring the car and I will fix it, but if she brings the car, I will not fix it. I felt disrespected as a woman. I told him in "In United States of American, women have the right to voice their disagreement, and do not get discriminated against because of their gender". When my husband told [redacted] not to disrespect me as his wife, he then threatened my husband and myself never to return to his premises and never to call his office. Certified Luxury Auto and the owner [redacted] does not deserve my business nor the business of other people in the public for his deceptive business practices and discrimination against women.5. I am a licensed professional and do not want to return to his premises due to his threat to never come back to his premises and discrimination against me as a woman. We are exploring all our options at the moment, and the only resolution will be to get the car back and return the monies that he received ($7000 down payment and the financed monies of $23,000+) to the financing bank.

After researching for a VW Beetle, I saw one for sale at this dealership. It was exactly what I was looking for. I sent a email asking if the car was still available and I did get a email back from Brett telling me that the car was still for sale. I explained to him I was coming from Sedona which is a 2 hour drive and I wanted to check out the car but I would not get there until about 6 pm. He then proceeded to tell me that he was not sure if he would be there to help me but the owner Mo will be waiting for me to check out my 2010 Chrysler 300 to see if he was interested in doing a swap. I was having some hardships in my life and I needed to down size as I could not afford the 300 any longer. When I got to the dealership neither Brett or Mo was there. At that moment I thought this is not a good sign. But the person that was there to help me was Chris and he was amazing. He was very professional and did what he could to help me get into the VW Bug. I was so thankful with the experience until not even 1/2 hour leaving the lot and on my way home to Sedona we noticed that the left headlight was out and we were driving dangerously on the highway. While driving home of course we had the windows down and the sunroof open as I have never had a vehicle with a sunroof and my sister and I both noticed when we rolled up the passenger side window it was extremely slow. We tested the windows when we were at the dealership and it was fine at that time or I would have mentioned it. We did make it home safe and I went to close the windows and the passenger window would go up and then go right back down. We would have to push the window up for it to close. I was so UPSET as I traded in a beautiful car for a car with nothing but issues. Well the next morning when leaving to work my 7 year old daughter put the window down not knowing the problem with the window and that was it as now it wont go back up at all. So I contacted Chris who was great and said he would do what he could to help me as they say their cars are CERTIFIED and would get back to me as he had to speak to Mo the owner. I never heard back from the dealership and when I did call back as Chris continuously tried to work with me but to no prevail by the owner. He did his best to help me but his hands were tied. In the meantime the next day my engine light went on as well and I called Chris and sent him the pic of the dash showing the engine light and he really did not know what to say as I am sure he was extremely embarrassed. Again nothing was done by the owner to help me make me happy. My husband was able to fix the light himself and he was able to fix the engine light as there was a hose missing that was to go to the engine. Deal or no deal they need to make sure that the vehicles are in working condition and they say their cars are certified. They didn't honor their warranty with the check engine light. They still to this day have not done anything to make this situation right. They don't care about their customers they only care about the sale and once you leave you are on your own. INSPECT YOUR CARS GOOD BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. RED FLAG!!!!

She drove the car before she signed all the papers. She don,t have a single issue with the car at the time of purchase. She was very thankful to me when I called my friends in the bank and qualified her 5.99% APR rater that 10% she was expecting.(which saved her at least $3000.00). When we gave her the car key, she started to shout at my employee saying she will not leave until she has a full tank of gas. We had so many customers when she was screaming. She is such an ill-mannered woman, that she will not respect anyone. She has no respect for herself either. Whatever comes in her mouth, she will say that. I never told her that I will pay for her 2nd key. She is lying and don,t feel any shame about lying. I wonder what kind of mother she is who is lying for the sake of lie. Her husband was telling her to calm down but she started to yell at her husband also. At that point, I told her to leave. They left my office and stood outside. After few minutes, I went outside to see a customer and her husband came to me. Her husband is a very nice man and very professional. I wish she learn something from him.  We started to talk again. I told her husband, in the future if you have any issue with your car, please don,t send your wife. You bring the car and I will help you. I told her husband that your wife has behavior issue and I don,t want deal with her. She can,t control her temper and her mouth. She started to scream and shout again saying I did not respect her since she is a woman. What a sick minded lady she is. My mother, my wife and my daughter are also women and she is saying I don,t respect my family. She told me she will go on social media that I refused to give her 2nd key which I never told her I will give her 2nd key. I will be more than happy to take the car back and refund her money ($24,500.00 of sale price) after deducting the miles she put on the car.**

Maybe in his country dealer car renew registration every year for their customers but in USA dealer can only register the car ONE TIME only  when they sell the car. After that it is customer responsibility every year to renew their own registration. I can,t go to Motor vehicle and stand in line for his registration. He need to understand American laws. He is asking me something to do which is completely impossible.

He purchased a car 8 months ago and I registered his car for 8 months. After that he has to do his own registration.  He called me  yesterday and told me to do another 12 months registration of his car. I told him, I only collected the money from you for 8 months, I...

can,t pay your next year registration. He told me if I don,t do another 12 months registration , he will write a bad review about me. He has to pay his own registration for his car. I don,t guarantee anyone for lifetime registration.

Regards,

the owner told me that he ll give me another 12 months as he promised but I have to wait until the end of March but ended up untill this date he turned aroud to refused giving me another 12 months, I cant drive my car without registration then I have to buy my own money because my registration expired the end of March, he said if I do 5 star for him on consumer review then he will give me another 12 months otherwise he said no, I had all his email and voicemail that he left me back in Dec 2015 till now for evidence.

** is awesome. I found Certified Luxury Auto online at [redacted] while searching for a 2008 [redacted] (I live in Texas, they are in Arizona). ** answered all of my questions and we made a deal over the phone! I gave them a deposit on my visa card and booked a flight to Phoenix. The next day ** picked me up at the airport in the same [redacted]! It looked even better in person, and drives like new. ** had all of the paperwork prepared in advance and sent my credit union the documents they requested. I drove back to Texas with a huge smile on my face. The car is great and the process was simple. Certified Luxury Auto is the best place to buy your next car!

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Certified Luxury Auto and picked the car up on 3/14/2015. Prior to signing the contract, [redacted] made verbal commitment to have the car fixed, floor mats ordered and replaced, panel on driver's side was coming off and his worker will get that fixed. [redacted] also promised to call Porche dealership to get a 2nd key made. The dashboard was showing tire pressure light. The dealership said they will fix the repairs and said I should bring my car in for repair. When we got to the dealership, the Owner was very rude. Talked to me in a condescending manner because I am a female. He told me he will not fix my car because I will not allow him to talk to me rudely. He walked me out of his office and threatened me that I should not return to his property. This dealer - [redacted] advertise his business as "certified luxury auto". This is a misrepresentation to the public. I will not recommend anyone buy vehicle from Certified Luxury Auto, they are deceptive!Desired Settlement: Get the car fixed or refund my down payment and return money to financing bank. The dealer threatened me not to return to his premises even with the one month warranty he signed and told me he will not fix and make good on the promises made. [redacted] statement was "I am here for you" before I signed the contract. This is far from what I experienced at the dealership today.

We bought our car here and got it home to notice it had been repaired in the front. The paint color was off slightly & the front quater panel hadn't been attached properly. We called ** that same afternoon we got it to let him know we would like it repaired. He said yes he'd have his body guy look at it. First he told us give him a few days until the 20th. We called on the 20th & he said a few more days till his body guy could look at it. We brought it in on the 15 th day of having it & he said too bad you bought a used car. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Of COURSE PUT US OFF UNTILL 15 DAY WARRANTY WAS UP! DIDN'T HONOR HIS WORD!

I found Luxury Auto while searching for a 2009 scion tc. I called ahead before driving down to make sure the car was available. I spoke with ** over the phone and I drove on down. Once I arived I was surprised to see the car was better then it looked in the picturs. ** helped me out with everything I wished different on the car. ** helped me purchase the car of my dreams as well as made sure I got the best deal possible. I wouoldnt recommend anyone else.

Certified Luxury Auto is a great company. The owner is an honest man who will do what it takes to get you the best deal and make sure you are a satisfied customer. I was able to get a better interest rate and loan term then my own credit union was willing to give. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

We found a car on [redacted] which led us to Certified Luxury Auto where we spoke with [redacted] over the phone about a car for our daughter. Since we were over 200 miles away he was very helpful in getting us the information we needed so we were able to make an informed decision about the vehicle. In the end we made the trip to Phoenix where [redacted] was more then accommodating, the car was exactly as he had stated and we made the purchase. [redacted] has also been very helpful with any after purchase questions we have had. We highly recommend [redacted] and we will be back.

Excellent!!!

My husband and I purchased a 2001 Toyota Celica from Certified Luxury Auto in July of 2014. We are thrilled! We drove from Northern New Mexico to Scottsdale to check the car out and it was more than worth it. It is solid, low mileage, clean and runs like a dream. Several people have thought it was a new car.

The owner and staff at the dealership were the utmost in professional, helpful and kind. It is, by far, the best experience I have had a any dealership.

We are so pleased we will probably check with them first before purchasing our next vehicle.

I recently bought an 2011 Infiniti EX35 from Certified Luxury Auto. I must say that the purchasing process was very easy and totally professional. This was my first time buying a car out-of-state (I'm from California) and [redacted] and ** provided everything I needed to register my new car in CA. The car was well represented, in excellent condition and offered at a very fair price. Thank you ** and Tom!

Great dealership, Mo went above and beyond to see me satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend anyone to do business with them. Super happy about my vehicle.

Excellent experience, no pressure and professional environment. Knowledgable sales staff. Very friendly and helpful.

I visited Certified Luxury Auto after walking out of 3 different dealerships due to poor customer service and high pricing. When I found Certified Luxury Auto, I was blown away at the level of service, attention to detail and incredible value that I found here.

I was able to purchase a 2010 Infiniti G37 Sedan with only 27k miles on. This vehicle had all the options and it was priced 5K less than any of the other dealerships.

I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely buy from Certified Luxury Auto again! I also plan on sending all of my friends and family here as well!
