I just bought my second vehicle from Certified Luxury Auto. I trust the owner, Mo, and have no doubt that I bought a great vehicle for a great deal. The salesman, Chris, was very helpful and friendly. It's a nicely ran business and the purchase was painless.

I came here to buy a BMW 335i. This dealership is very satisfying, they have a massive variety of luxury cars. The staff there is very supportive and hospitable. They are flexible with all financing cases even if you don't have enough credit. They are honest and amazing. They have a shop to check on cars. The mechanic there is capable of dealing with all kinds of luxury cars. He's very talented. I'm very glad I bought the car from this dealership. The owner is very honest and flexible with any kind of situation you have. They will get you the car you want. Certified Luxury Auto is one of the best dealerships in Arizona that I have been to. I strongly recommend buying from them. They have significant deals too.

My husband and I purchased a BMW yesterday from Certified Luxory Auto.. Owner was friendly and very helpful, He also had a great sense of humor. He made the process to purchase to car easy and quick. It is a great car. Great business!

Review: I was purchased my new car from this dealer back in October 2015, Mo, the owner told me that he will give me 18 months of the car registration but ended up he only gave me 6 months then since that day till now I kept called him to many times to asked about give me another 12 months that he was promised but he's refused to giving me another 12 months. He called me to made a deal if I do review 5 star for his dealer then he'll give me another 12 months otherwise he won't.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership owner to keep promised whatever they told to customer and dont turned down like this and refund whatever I already paid for my own 12months registration.

He purchased a car 8 months ago and I registered his car for 8 months. After that he has to do his own registration. He called me yesterday and told me to do another 12 months registration of his car. I told him, I only collected the money from you for 8 months, I can,t pay your next year registration. He told me if I don,t do another 12 months registration , he will write a bad review about me. He has to pay his own registration for his car. I don,t guarantee anyone for lifetime registration.

the owner told me that he ll give me another 12 months as he promised but I have to wait until the end of March but ended up untill this date he turned aroud to refused giving me another 12 months, I cant drive my car without registration then I have to buy my own money because my registration expired the end of March, he said if I do 5 star for him on consumer review then he will give me another 12 months otherwise he said no, I had all his email and voicemail that he left me back in Dec 2015 till now for evidence.

Maybe in his country dealer car renew registration every year for their customers but in USA dealer can only register the car ONE TIME only when they sell the car. After that it is customer responsibility every year to renew their own registration. I can,t go to Motor vehicle and stand in line for his registration. He need to understand American laws. He is asking me something to do which is completely impossible.

I financed a Tacoma from ** at Certified Luxury. I walked in to test drive and walked out an hour later with a great financing rate and a good price. ** treated me like a friend I really appreciate the way he did business with me and my co-signer. I have never had a loan in my name so naturally I was kind of nervous and had a lot of questions. But now I am driving a super cool 2010 Toyota Tacoma!! Seriously I love it and I'm so happy with the customer service:)

This dealership is unbelievably unprofessional. I requested some information on a vehicle and was immediately hounded almost to the point of harassment. I was called 5 times within the first 24 hours with no messages being left. The next morning the calls start again and then an employee has the nerve to start texting my phone. I immediately told them to please lose my information as I am no longer interested in that vehicle and they responded with "ok". The next day, I get another email asking me "What happened?" The process of buying a vehicle is stressful enough, but I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership who is so desperate that will continuously hound those who inquired after they have already said they are no longer interested. I emailed back letting them know I already told someone I wasn't interested and they responded asking for proof! Unbelievable. I'm in shock at the lack of professionalism and common courtesy of this business. If this is the kind of pressure one receives just through phone and email, I would hate to see the kind of pressure that is put on those who actually visit the dealership.
