Jay and Donna provide exceptional service. The product lines they offer are top notch. Always friendly and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my vacuum needs. I was elated when I called yesterday and Donna said my much needed replacement part was IN STOCK !!

This man is my hero today. While attempting cleaning around things instead of clearing the area first, I accidentally vacuumed up a large portion of my saxophone strap. The plastic buckle, and a long portion of the strap, was hopelessly lodged in the middle of the spiral hose. The owner dislodged the stuck strap while I waited, and in 5 minutes I was on my merry way with a huge smile on my face !!!! First class service.

Very friendly and responsive to my problem. I have two Electrolux vacs, one of which is a carpet sweeper that is no longer supported by commercial bags. The lady Kindly figured out how to adapt a different bag for my use for no charge, and then gave me the bag with no charge.

So far, I've been lucky with the old tank model. Will report back if I ever need repairs on that one. Five stars for them!

You won't find a better business for sales, service or parts than Certified Vacuum. Jay and Donna are always helpful and pleasant. I've purchased a new vac, had one serviced and buy my filters and bags for both of my vacs at Certified. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!
