You won't find a better business for sales, service or parts than Certified Vacuum. Jay and Donna are always helpful and pleasant. I've purchased a new vac, had one serviced and buy my filters and bags for both of my vacs at Certified. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

My local central vacuum dealer closed in 2017 and I was in need of some hose repairs. I found Certified Vacuum on a Google search and contacted them via E-mail. Jay responded and asked me to call him that evening when I had access to the hose. He told me how to repair it myself, unfortunately that didn't work, so I took a ride to his shop in Shrewsbury. I was amazed at how much stock he had in his shop (I was prepared to leave the hose for repair) and he was able to put a new end on the hose in about 15 minutes. I also brought my garage hose with me since it was also having issues and he was able to re-use parts of the end and only had to replace part of it. He could have easily had me leave both hoses and put all new parts on them and charged whatever... Instead he had me in and out in 20 minutes for minimal cost! He also showed me some new accessories that could be installed on my 20 year-old system. I would absolutely recommend Jay and will definitely tell others in my area who are in need of central vacuum sales & service.
