Review: A service call was placed to this business on 11/*/14 for service due to feces backup in the bathroom downstairs. The service guy showed up and cleaned the line and deposited chemicals into the cesspool. I paid $341.25 by credit card and I have my receipt to prove it. On 11/**/14, the bathroom backed up again and feces in the tub, at [redacted] I called the company for service and was told the service man would be there within the hour. Two hours later, no one had showed up. I called their office and was told their service guy was on the way. At [redacted], still no service man had showed so I called backed back. A woman answered and placed me on hold after giving my service address, but she then disconnected. I few minutes later, I called back, the same woman answered and after I told her my service address, she told me it would be a few moments but then I ansewred that I had been waiting for almost 5 hours to which she yelled: "it's a busy day after the holiday, thay are on their way", and then hung up. No one ever showed that day.Desired Settlement: I just want someone to come out to clean the line between the house and the cesspool again since if it was done correctly the first time it wouldn't have been an issue already this quickly so close to the time it was done the first time.

Review: November *, 2013 we had our cesspool emptied. On December [redacted] we were having issues with the bathroom backing up/slow service. We contacted the company again since we were given a 1 year warranty. On December [redacted] a service tech from the company came to our house, located the cesspool, indicated that it was full and would not touch it - stating that the original tech who came in November must come back.

On December [redacted], the original tech ([redacted]) came back to our house, said our cesspool was full again. When we asked for him to explain the situation of what service was done, why it filled so quickly, we were told we had to pay again, the warranty was of no use. We either had to pay or he was leaving. When we refused to pay since it should be under the warranty, the tech left. We called the company to complain, they hung up on us. We attempted several times to call back but were unsuccessful.

In summary, we are complaining for the following reasons:

1. They did not show up on time and we had to take time off from work to be able to wait for them all 3 times we called (Nov *, Dec ** and Dec **). (Ex. They were supposed to show up from 10-11am and did not show till 2:35pm)

2. They did not perform a complete and through service for which was paid for

3. They did not honor their warranty (we possess the complete receipt showing there is a 1 year warranty)

4. They were very rude and hung up the phone on us when we called to complain

We have a detailed receipt of initial purchase that highlights a 1 year warranty.Desired Settlement: Full refund of service
