Have attempted to contact Chad on many occasions to satisfy the issues with brand new garage screen doors installed.
Purchased 8/8/19, with $700.00 deposit. Install date 9/9/19. The worker and I got into a heated discussion due to them using used parts from old screen, Worker was very belligerent with me using very foul language. On 9/10/19 after complete inspection of job, sent text message about issues. Waited 2 days, no response. Called left message 9/12/19. Chad returned call that evening stating "will be over to take care of issues. 9/26/19 text sent. Response "will be there Monday or Tuesday. 10/03/19 sent text message again informing him he had 24 hours to fix issues or I would take necessary steps to resolve. 10/09/19 sent certified demand letter. No response. 11/4/19 contacted an attorney for assistance. Attorney sent certified letter. He contacted attorney. Chad screens contacted me on 11/7/19. I requested that the worker that was belligerent not come here. Chad then got quiet and proceeded to hang up on me. I sent text message the following day apologizing for the conversation. As of this complaint, I still haven't heard from Chad Screens LLC. He did contact the attorney that assisted me and stated he would have the issues resolved before Thanksgiving. As of today (11/29/19) there has been no contact.

Desired Outcome

If issues cannot be resolved properly, I want either a total replacement.or a full refund.

We had signed contract to replace existing garage door slider unit with new on front of home. When we arrived to install the homeowner had already taken down existing unit and also removed aluminum trim that wasn't included in contract. We let her know that wasn't supposed to be taken off and that we would reinstall it but she flew into a rage yelling at my guys and acting irrational. I was on the phone with my worker at the time this happened and they weren't disrespectful towards her at all. We worked it out, completed install, and were paid for job. She called back few days later asking if we could come take care of two corners which needed filled in and I said no problem. I tried few different times to have it taken care of but she wouldn't allow unless it was me coming to do it. I would've had this small 10min repair finished for her along time ago but she's been very difficult to say the least. I have repair scheduled for this week by 12/12 and I did personally stop by 12/2 to look at it.

I will address each item:

1. We had no signed contract, the only paperwork I received was the document I previously submitted that is labeled "invoice"
2. Nowhere on the Invoice does it state anything about utilizing any of the existing parts.
3. I dispute the allegation that I flew into a rage, I was not pleased with the attitude of one of the workers and I did get angry and exchanged curse words with him. What the owner didn't hear was what his worker stated to me, which in my opinion not an appropriate response, as he used very inappropriate curse words.
4. I was not satisfied with the install and requested the Owner provide me the courtesy of reviewing his employees unsatisfactory workmanship.
5. I did receive a text message from the Owner on 12/10/19 indicating he would arrive on 12/11/19 to complete the repairs, he arrived, didn't do any repairs. As of this response, he has not arrived and the repairs are incomplete. As of this response, he has not called, send a text or emailed with an alternative date.
I paid for the install in full. The Company has not fulfilled their part by completing the job and standing behind their one year warranty. I want nothing more than for this company to complete the job to my satisfaction or provide a refund so I am able to contract with a company that will complete the job and stand behind their work.
