All we require of the customer is to bring in their original pink copy and we will refund the amount without question My understanding is the customer refuses to do soCustomer has had a list of demands but Again we have a simple policy, the customer to bring in original pink copy and the customer will receive a complete refund My understanding is the customer was told this several times but has resisted not to do so We believe in customer service and we try to accommodate every customer When you are a high volume store, sometimes you may unintentionally miss something We do apologize for the late response to the Revdex.com We are still hopeful we can resolve this Thank you for your time

This consumer has been refunded
As stated before, the money was put back on her charge, it is no longer in our accountShe did receive a receipt as well
We have returned the funds to card ending in [redacted] on 6/27/The money has been removed from our account, we can not refund again
The business is going to reach out to [redacted] , If he can't find what he likes, he can go in and they will give the deposit back
I ordered chairs from Chairs and Tables on August 9, Paid the company $for the chairs and received the wrong merchandiseThey promise to fix the problem and as of June 5, the problem is still not correctedI just got off the phone with Jim and we cannot get this problem solvedI contacted Chairs and Tables on 2/14/17, 3/6/17, 5/22/17, and 6/5/Now I am waiting for Jim to contact the owner Carmen to see about refunded the money.Refund! They have been given too many opportunities to correct their mistake and have not done so!
Phone response - I have spoken directly with Mrs [redacted] , and we have worked things out
I have spoken to this consumer, they have to come in for their refund, it will not be mailed
She has been refunded

*** *** I spoke with Jim on Tuesday; he told me he knew nothing about this complaintI find it very interesting that he or someone from the business has suddenly responded to this complaint after more than a month. I am going to the business tonight to get my refundIf my refund is given in cash, I will surrender my copy of the receiptHowever, if it is in the form of a check, I will hold on to the receipt until the check clearsIt would be very easy for a stop payment to be placed on a check & then I would have no proof of my order

This company Chairs & Tables keeps saying that they paid me back but I am still to this day fighting this charge months laterI can send all bank statements from May to now proving they never put the money back onto my cardThis company is has a current lawsuit against them stating the exact same thing.
