I did this customer a favor and delivered items, they were not right although she picked them outI have reordered items of her choosing, they will be in with in a week

This is not how I want to proceed. They have had over a year to get the product I ordered.  The last time I spoke with Jim at the business he told me I would have my refund the following week. Which did not happen. I don't want a store credit. I had to purchase the items from another company because I could not wait this long and I'm never doing business with them ever again after the aggravation dealing with them and how poorly they do business.

the customer will receive a complete refund.  My understanding is the customer was told this several times but has resisted not to do so.  We believe in customer service and we try to accommodate every customer .  When you are a high volume store,  sometimes you may unintentionally miss something.  We do apologize for the late response to the Revdex.com.  We are still hopeful we can resolve this.  Thank you for your time.

ordered chairs from Chairs and Tables on August 9, 2017. Paid the company $712.00 for the chairs and received the wrong merchandise. They promise to fix the problem and as of June 5, 2017 the problem is still not corrected. I just got off the phone with Jim and we cannot get this problem solved. I contacted Chairs and Tables on 2/14/17, 3/6/17, 5/22/17, and 6/5/17. Now I am waiting for Jim to contact the owner Carmen to see about refunded the money.Refund! They have been given too many opportunities to correct their mistake and have not done so!

The business is going to reach out to [redacted], If he can't find what he likes, he can go in and they will give the deposit back.

Just wanted to explain why we rejected the offer from the business owner. He offered to refund our deposit of $200.00 with a check. We want cash only. From research we have done, some of his checks have bounced. We don't want to have that happen. Also, in all his dealings with us, he has lied repeatedly about his intentions. We distrust him.He also offered us different chairs from his warehouse. They are not what we ordered and we are not accepting them. Our only resolve to this matter is to receive $200.00 in cash.
