Our sincerest apologies for the circumstances which caused our customer to reach out to the Revdex.comThe vehicle is an [redacted] "conversion van" with approximately 110,milesJune 9, our customer asked us to determine why his air conditioning was not working, our diagnosis indicated the air conditioner compressor failedThe customer approved the replacement of the compressorOur customer returned June 22, stating the air conditioner was not working againOur technician determined the air conditioning lines going to the rear of the vehicle were severally corroded and leakingIt's important to note that the affected area is not part of the original [redacted] installation but rather a modification related to the conversion of the vehicleWe photographed the causal part and discussed the repair options with our customerThe customer declined stating he would not spend any more money on the vehicleThere are several key points to note, the vehicle has approximately 110,miles, the air conditioning system worked for miles following the initial repairs, and while the symptoms are the same between both visits there are multiple components that make up the operation of the air condition systemThere is no way to predict what component may fail nextWe offered to do the subsequent repairs at a discount, customer declined

Well I am sorry you do not accept our apology but I am the General Manager and I do not have any relation to any employee with the company

I am rejecting this response because:
It did not address the concern that my son was offered 4000$ for a trade and then this was reneged on and he was offered considerably less for the trade on the truck he did purchaseAnd that the truck was expensive but not up to roadworthiness given it: would not start periodically, check engine light comes on and when in four wheel drive it binds in turnsThis is unacceptable way to do business and the very least his truck be given a thorough inspection by another dealer and this be paid for by spradley barr

The business contacted me by phone and said they would send me a check if I sent them my address I sent them my address but as of July 22nd, I have not received a check I have been gone on vacation so I do not know if I have received it since that time but I hadn't before I left Thanks, ***

First of all we are sorry that this is how you feel we do not want you to feel this way, we would like to make this right with you, we would like to work this out and get the tires taken care of for you but I would also like to have the vehicle brought in and inspected again if that would be...

I am rejecting this response because:My son was offered initially 4000 for a trade and then when he wanted a truck then he was he was only offered 1000. I believe this to have been a bait and switch. Telling me this is all it was worth therefore does not appear to have been a honest response. The truck that was in your shop was given repairs based on your service departments recommendation that it was worth it. The problem with the engine cutting out was not fixed even after 3000 $ worth of repairs and then he was told a fuel pump regulator needed to be replaced. This should have been done. Secondly when he brought the new truck in to fix it not starting the service department said it could find nothing and it sat there for two days. [redacted] was able to fix it by clearing the computer codes. So in regards to having your shop do repairs on it it seem non sequitur. As for not being able to reach me you do have my phone number on your documents and you have my sons number. The truck he was sold had not even been brought in for preparation for sale before it was priced and it was not thoroughly checked out. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and never have had this type of situation occur.
