Our sincerest apologies for the circumstances which caused our customer to reach out to the Revdex.com. The vehicle is an 2004 [redacted] "conversion van" with approximately 110,000 miles. June 9, 2016 our customer asked us to determine why his air conditioning was not working, our diagnosis indicated the...

air conditioner compressor failed. The customer approved the replacement of the compressor. Our customer returned June 22, 2016 stating the air conditioner was not working again. Our technician determined the air conditioning lines going to the rear of the vehicle were severally corroded and leaking. It's important to note that the affected area is not part of the original [redacted] installation but rather a modification related to the conversion of the vehicle. We photographed the causal part and discussed the repair options with our customer. The customer declined stating he would not spend any more money on the vehicle. There are several key points to note, the vehicle has approximately 110,000 miles, the air conditioning system worked for 1127 miles following the initial repairs, and while the symptoms are the same between both visits there are multiple components that make up the operation of the air condition system. There is no way to predict what component may fail next. We offered to do the subsequent repairs at a discount, customer declined.

First we would like to say we're sorry and would like the opportunity to help you with your 2007 [redacted] that was purchased from us on December 23, 2015.   I believe you have taken the vehicle to [redacted] for repairs.  We are willing to help with the issues that you...

are having with the vehicle, we would need  our service department to verify what is being recommended by [redacted].  Please contact us so we can start the process to help with repairs to the vehicle. 
Our Used Vehicle Manager, Steven P[redacted] did receive your letter regarding the trade value of your [redacted] and requesting assistance from us in pursuing legal action towards your initial purchase of the [redacted].  Steven and other managers at the dealership have tried multiple times to contact you with the phone number provided in your letter, but the number is disconnected.  I took a look at your trade value that you received on the [redacted] vin# [redacted] with 207000 miles.  Trade value is based on market value, reconditioning, auction values, and multiple book values.  I believe you were having issues with the [redacted] and that was the reason you wanted to trade out of the vehicle.    We took the service repairs that needed to be performed into consideration when determining that value.  There is a lot of data that we look at on all traded vehicles to determine trade value.  I would be more than happy to discuss that with you if you would like to contact me.

Well I do apologize about the way that you feel but unfortunately we appraised the vehicle as to what the vehicle was valued at based upon the condition that it was in. In regards to the new vehicle I am more than will to have the vehicle inspected here at the dealership but if I can't inspect to make you feel more comfortable about the vehicle there is nothing further I can do at this point. [redacted] Figueroa As previously stated, my desire is to discuss this issue with owner; not a general manager. If general manager is not willing to allow this to happen, I will have no other choice but to write a letter to Mr. Kriss E Spradley, the owner on record.

Well I am sorry you do not accept our apology but I am the General Manager and I do not have any relation to any employee with the company.
