Review: This company has been calling me for months despite my telling them to take me off of their call list on REPEATED occasions. I call them back and ask to speak to a [redacted] who is conveniently never there. I have called back numerous times to try and leave a message for the [redacted], but they hang up on me. I have even received automated calls from them and there is an option to not receive any more calls from them, which I have selected on MULTIPLE occasions. They even had the nerve to tell me to stop calling them! I see that there are other similar complaints about this business and of course they have not responded to you either. I don't expect them to ever respond because apparently this is a sham of a business and they need to be shut down!Desired Settlement: Take the people off of the call list when asked.

Review: This "company" calls and text me several times a day!! They have my personal information which I never provided them with. When I asked one of "them: how they pertained my personal info he laughed and then hung up. Within 3 minutes someone else was calling back from the same company.. They are identity thefts maybe??? This is seriousDesired Settlement: This company is running a scam somehow we need to be able to close it down

Review: They been calling everyday all day for the last 2 months saying that I was approve for a auto loan they even csll me on the day of my dads funeral and was using bad languages because I told them to stop calling and put me on the do not call list. Review: I received a text message stating the following:

[My Name], Greetings! Your Auto loan Application on ssn-######### ( full social security number) continues to be Approved for $25k with Zero Advance payment for Approval please visit- tinyurl.com/######

When I clicked on the link it went to an application that was filled out with most of my personal information. My issues are:

1) My full SSN was included in a text message. There are times when I allow others to use my phone. This could result in identity theft!

2) A partially complete application with my personal information coyld result in identity theft if someone is able to access the URL.Desired Settlement: I would lke Champion Auto Loans to cease and decist ALL communication and solicitation. I am NOT interested in obtaining a loan from them. I would also like to ask that my information be permanently deleted from their database.

Review: Today June* 2015 I received a email stating I had been a proved for a 25,000 car loan. I panicked I recently had my purse stolen. I thinking some one trying to buy items in my name I called the company to explain I did not sign up for this. That the person who did is committing a crime. I was hung up a total 28 times I sent email . Which was not delivered because the email address was no longer valid. I continue to call customer service I kept getting the same person hanging up on me. Finally on the last call I had my twelve year old son say hello he need a customer services rep. Once the rep started speaking I came on started to explain the situation. In turn he was extremely rude an told me to shut up the loan is approved not Damn thing I Can do about it. Then he hung up. I've tried calling again but my number is blocked. I'm stressing I'm mother of two my budget is tight I can't afford to pay for someone else's mistake. I need help can anyone help please.Desired Settlement: For the loan not to be approved or money sent. For them to never use sell give or pass my personal information to any companies or personnel and affiliates .

Review: This number has called my cell phone numerous times at [redacted]. Every time they call I tell them I do not have an auto loan outstanding..I have asked them every time they call to take my number out of there system but they do not. I get 4-5 calls a day from them. I do not have a car so I do not have a loan or whatever type of service they are trying to sell. I just want the calls to stop since they are wasting my minutes on my phone..Desired Settlement: For my number to be removed from there system along with my name. I do not want any more calls.

Review: I am getting phone calls and texts from this company for an auto loan that I never applied for. Another woman (Madonna C[redacted] at [redacted]) at a different address is using my phone number. I tried calling to inquire in case she is trying to steal my identity but the man who answered had a heavy accent and said he would call back. I called again to see if I could speak with a manager but that person hung up on me. Now they aren't answering my calls at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that an auto loan is not being given to someone that is using my information.

Review: I gave Champion Auto my social security number in hopes of purchasing a car. I've since called several times. Somehow we would get disconnected or hung up on by phone. The point is I gave this company my personal information for nothingDesired Settlement: Telling me what they intend to do with my information

These people somehow got my number and keep sending me texts saying that my loan was approved with a link that auto populates my information. When I called them to tell them that I never applied for a loan and asked for my information to be removed, they hung up on me. Scam much?

Review: I received a text message from a number stating: Seasons greetings holidays [redacted] SSN: [redacted]! You were okayed to get a $10k car loan! Complete form [redacted]

Those are the last four of my social and when I clicked on it the website had a bunch of my information. I tried to call the number it said to contact us but the person answering it would say one word and hang up. I also sent an email saying I want my information taken off of this page and got no response.Desired Settlement: I want my information taken off this website!

Review: They are consistently spamming and calling me. I have told them on multiple occasions that I am not interested, and now they have began to text me. I am stationed overseas, I kept my phone on in order to maintain contact with my family, and text messaging costs me money. The last text that they sent me had my social security number in it. That is a total lack of privacy, and they have no respect.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling me, and I want them to stop texting me.
