They continue to give me a hard time every time I callThey always say that the oil will be delivered in the next couple of days and I wait and they don't come until I start yellingIf I start yelling they will sometimes deliver gallons and promise they will deliver the full gallons I am supposed to minimally get the following week and it never comesThese people should never be allowed to own a business!

I was contacted, weeks too late I had already paid another company, yet again, for fuel because Champion was unreasonably late with delivery Once they came without warning they could only fill gallons, as my tank was fullI would like to end my relationship with them but it seems impossible, since they choose to do business in this terrible fashionThey assume you are ok with small amounts of fuel from time to time

 I have had deliveries of oil but no according to our contract. I have to fight to get a partial delivery.

still owe me.  When the driver showed up he told me that they would give me 40 gallons of fuel being that I spent additional $150.00 having to put fuel in the tank myself because we kept running out.  Well they never showed but that is not supprising.  They still owe me from original delivery I placed back on 12/**/14 plus the additional amount they said they would give me total of 40 gallons.  This company is ridiculousSincerely,[redacted]

Review: I pre purchased 600 gallons of fuel oil from Champion Fuel and Service on June *, 2014 for the total sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten Dallors $1,710.00. As of todays date they have delivered 325 gallons of fuel to my home in Walden, NY. I have called repeatedly since my last delivery on December *, 2014 for additional fuel. On January *, 2015 I found myself with out fuel to heat my home. I purchased Fifteen Gallons of diesel fuel from a station to provide heat for the day. The next day I ordered One hundred and Fifty Gallons of fuel from a different distributer and recieved fuel that January *, 2015. I have since called many time and spoke with [redacted] at Champion and still have not recived a delivery. The balance due on my account is $780.00.

I have also asked for a check to refund the remaining balance of my account

Review: Paid $499.80 for 200 gallons of fuel oil on12/**/2014. To date we have received 150 gallons. We have run out of fuel 6 times. We call numerous times every day to no avail. We have been promised additional fuel for our inconvenience. They promise to call us back, often that doesn't happen. We have left numerous messages!Desired Settlement: We feel we should be compensated with additional fuel as promised

Review: We were looking to remove oil tank from our property and found advertised company. Upon reviewing work needed to be done and agreeing on the price, we decided to do business with Champion Fuel. After removing oil tank, they were supposed to provide us and town hall with proper paperwork to be filed according to the regulations and schedule inspection to make sure all work was completed properly. We had oil tank removed in July of 2013 and are still waiting for the remainder of the work/paperwork and inspection to be completed. We paid for the full service and inspection at the time of oil tank removal. We contacted the company on numerous occasions, but it has been to no avail.Desired Settlement: We want Champion Fuel to finish what we had hired them for and they were paid for, so we can move on with our lives.

Review: I placed an order with Champion Fuel and Service Corporation in June of 2013 for 150 gallons of oil. I only received 35 gallons of oil. Upon contacting the company, they agreed to refund the amount for the remaining 115 gallons which I never received. They have not yet refunded this amount. I have contacted them 31 times and have been told each time that the check was sent, or will be sent shortly, but I still have not received a check.Desired Settlement: I would like Champion to refund the amount for the 115 gallons of oil I did not receive.
