Used this company for my property maintenance and my daughter's property maintenance My daughter's property was not cared for (forgot to do the aerating) and I had to ask for my money back as they forgot about her contract My property I had to call them and ask them for the service to be completed on a couple of occasions including the final fall treatment (Now Nov and we have snow) Hard to get ahold of always need to leave a message and hopefully they will call back ( didn't return daughter's calls) I would not recommend as they don't fulfill their contracts
I do not like it when the service is provided when I am not at homeThe spring fertilization & seeding had no affect on my lawn at all,and I was not at home when it was appliedHowever the fall treatment was very positive, except that grass seed was spread on the large flower bed located on the front lawn, after I had spent the entire summer working on cleaning it out for planting next springThis created extra work for me

Property Stars were in our neighbourhood knocking on every door and offering their window washing service. The price started out very high but I held firm to what I felt was a reasonable price based on past contracts.
The worker was very presentable and professional. Sadly the work was sub standard and far too basic. They washed the windows, just outside. Screen removal was my responsibility. No screen cleaning or interior window cleaning was performed. Most every window required two or even three "re-dos" to get the majority of the soil from the window area. The worker was very willing to go over his work but I found it annoying that the work was so poor and that I had to ask him to do a second pass. These were ground level, very accessible windows and the remaining soil was plain to see.
The work took about an hour including the second treatments. The value was very poor and I was sorry I agreed to allow this company to do the work because the result was so poor.
What amazing work! Delawn was here today and went above and beyond what we agreed upon. He was also amazing around my special needs kids and very respectful towards our German Shepherd. He cleaned the entire outside of our house with incredible diligence and care.

This was a wonderful experience with Canadian Property Stars. The two representatives Jeremy and Graham were very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. They did the job as it was explained and Jeremy provided additional information and follow up details. Jeremy (whom I dealt with mostly) was very professional and extremely articulate. He is an excellent representatve for this Company. The cost was very competitive and the end result spectacular! I would highly recommend Canadian Property Stars.
