I negotiated a driveway 're-sealing' from the Property Star team that was working on another site on my street. After looking at my requirements, the lead determined the work and time necessary, made an estimate which was reasonable ... and we concluded the deal. The work was meticulous in detail, the work ethic on a hot day admirable, the product as described and the clean up was thorough. I would engage with or recommend Canadian Property Stars again.
Bryan C proposed providing window and other related cleaning services on August 4, 2016. His manner was very low key (not a hot shot sales pitch) and he took time to carefully explain his services and the merits of the technology he uses. The price was reasonable and we shook on it. He completed the work as he said he would and the results were exactly as he promised. Bryan is a very amiable person and I very much enjoyed his presence and the discussion as the work proceeded. The work was well done and he was conscientious about not damaging the landscaping or windows as he worked. He tidied up when he was done. I think he went above and beyond what other window cleaning services offer. I am very satisfied.
Had my drive way sealed today. Crew lead was Presious and Ron. Job was well done very careful to avoid over spray...Drive way was cleaned of any loose material before work was done.
I have never hired a snow removal company before and after deciding to use Property Stars this year I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. the service is TERRIBLE. Never there when is needed and when there they do a HORRIBLE JOB. I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY [redacted]. I have never been so disappointed with a service in My entire life. One more comment. I hired a snow removal company this year to eliminate the need to shovel the driveway, well I have never shovelled so much as I did this year. Thank you for having me pay you to let me shovel!! Never come to me for further business, [redacted]!!!,
A representative of Canadian Property Stars approached me as I was working outside in my yard. He had his cart with all his tools of the trade along with him. I listened to him while he politely explained the services that could be provided. I was very interested as my windows definitely could use the cleaning. I agreed to have Gordon do the windows as he very patiently explained his work and the benefits of how it was done. I requested the outside only be done and no ladder was necessary as the tools included a long pole reaching to the second story. The work was completed in a timely fashion and went above and beyond my expectations. I very much appreciated Gordon's friendly and polite communication skills and would highly recommend my experience with this method of window cleaning.
Canadian Property Stars did a great job power washing and cleaning all our exterior windows. Joel was professional, happy and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
In 2014 (spring I believe) this company dropped by on my street & offered to aerate my lawn. After haggling for a decent price I agreed to use them. Attempted to charge me more once finished but then agreed to price quoted.
Problem---on April 9,2015 I came home to a newly aerated lawn and a bill in my mailbox. I phoned the next business day and said I wasn't paying for it as I never booked them. They said not to worry about it and the charge would be removed but would not send me anything showing that. Now in Oct I receive another bill saying I am in arrears! [redacted]!
