I am rejecting this response because:Dear Linda (Revdex.com)... Thank you so much for taking the time out to try and bring the 2 sides together in hopes of resolution. Apparently, it takes 2 "Willing"sides to try and work something amicable out between both parties. I understand that you cannot force any side to do the right thing.... After this exercise, It is abundantly clear that Viking will make ZERO attempt to resolve my concerns... It saddens me that they Mislead the Public, and try to hide behind the fact that their Cosmetic warranty is buried in the back of their Manual... That the only warranty that the Company advertises / Promotes is the longer 3 Yr Warranty & their No Quibbles Return Policy because quite frankly thats whats going to sell more product! Like I said, the lesser 90 Day Cosmetic Warranty is not mentioned by anyone in the Sales Process. Nor does Viking's own Authorized Repair Co even know about this policy which was more surprising than anything else........ They just found out about this policy when they called me to say that Viking will not honor the repair under warranty..... And the icing on the cake was when I called Viking last week and specifically asked about the product's warranty and NOTHING was mentioned by Viking about any Cosmetic Warranty!Hopefully, you will draw the same conclusions here as I have.... and if you do, hopefully you will be able to better assign the proper Revdex.com Grade that best reflects Vikings deceptive policies and their failed attempts to remedy a consumers true concerns.Viking's only responses each time has been a constant "No" without addressing any of my points whatsoever... If they truly heard anything we were saying throughout this process, one would assume that they would have made some attempt to remedy the issue.... whatever the offer was.... but they have not.... not even once. That speaks volumes! I am rejecting this response because: I had the repair people here on Friday, February 24, 2017....they replaced the fan/blower and found another problem with the range....and needed to replace the relay board....how many parts are you planning on replacing.....seriously....a 2 year old range used 4 times and has had 3 major parts replaced.....don't give me you're standard corporate response.....the fact is, you know your product has defects and is a LEMON and you just want to appease the consumer with the standardized corporate email response....it won't work with me....I plan on pursuing this matter....Trust me....

Thank you for your reply. However, stains occurs on stainless stain when the spills are not clean off and the burner is continued to be use. The spills are than baked into the stainless making it possible not to remove the stains.

I have never heard of a stove that was not able to be cleaned and will stain due to spillovers. I never asked to replace the stove, I just wanted the burner covers taken care of.

I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the parts being covered under "extended warranty" however the highest quality product should not break down after three and a half years. It is not one part it is multiple parts that need to be repaired. Data shows that a refrigerator should last over 10 years before completely breaking down. I have called the authorized dealer you offered and the fact that I have to wait over 30 days to get a back order part is unsatisfactory. I have small children and not having a refrigerator is making my life extremely difficult and challenging. I also then have to pay your authorized dealer to repair, as an additional cost, to what I have to endure for not having a refrigerator. This is not the first time I have had issues with the refrigerator and I had placed 3 service calls during my warranty. Maybe this was a lemon refrigerator, who knows, but you try to live without your refrigerator for 30 days or more with no ETA on repair. The repair informed me that the panel is not something that should go out after so little time of being new. I would like the ETA on parts in a reasonable time (2 weeks at the most) and the cost to be covered by Viking not me , be compensated for cost of living at the moment, or be issued a new refrigerator as I don't think over 30 days on a back order is acceptable. I am rejecting this response because: As I stated yesterday, I knew that it wouldn't be long before another appliance needed repairs. Today our undercounter beverage refrigerator stopped working again. This happened just a couple hours after the repairman left our home. He had been here to repair the ice maker. We just had this beverage refrigerator repaired in December, 2015 and prior to that in September of 2015. Prior to that it stopped working and I refused to have it repaired because of the number of times these appliances, especially this one, need to be fixed. I am attaching invoices for just this appliance. These are JUST for the beverage refrigerator and this will give you an idea of how frustrating this has become. This is ridiculous! And has come to the point that if we cannot resolve this here I will be forced to take this to a court of law.

I am rejecting this response because:I ALWAYS clean my stove after every use. I am offended that they would state otherwise. The pictures that I submitted was from a boil over, (happens frequently when people cook), and I was not able to get it clean after cooking. I wanted Viking to acknowledge that their products have this issue. After doing many searches online on how to clean the stove, I realized that I am not the only one that this has happened to.On a good note, I received part of the replacements from the customer service rep but the burner bases are on back order.

I am rejecting this response because: we have been working with the west division of Viking and they haven't resolved our issue, they dot return emails , phone calls nor have they even begun to address our issue. Their customer service is -1 on a scale of 1-10. This company needs to take responsibility for their products and serve their customers. I am beyond frustrated with their response. Our past with Viking is beyond unacceptable. We went through four refrigerators (all defective) under a two year period. They were not responsive are a gracious company, we had to spend hours of time and energy to get the issue resolved. I don't want to wait another year for them to resolve this issue. I have a double oven that has been sitting half useless for three months. I would appreciate someone in upper management taking responsibilty for the actions of their employees. Start treating customers with respect. We did our part, we purchased a Viking kitchen for over $25000.
