Champion has ordered the replacement window sash and will install under our lifetime warranty and service agreement at no charge to the homeowner. This is the first Champion has been notified of any damage to the premises. Any damage caused by our service technician will be corrected....

 Unfortunately the homeowner has not be cooperative with our service department when trying to schedule and perform service often hanging up or refusing access to their home.  When the Division Manager called the customer they refused to talk to him and stated that the corporate office was handling everything and they did not need the Columbus office. Champion will contact the homeowner when the new window sash arrives and try to see if they will allow access to the home to install the new sash and take pictures of any damage for repair.

Mr [redacted] is correct. We have had difficulty with her final window service sash. Champion has ordered a new replacement sash at no charge as per her warranty and will install the new sash when it arrives from out factory.

We will need to set a time to visit the home again. In extreme cold condensation is possible also after the install of new windows condensation can occur for up to a year as the house adjusts to being more efficient. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

The whole front of my house needs new siding so it will match, NOT pieced in with new on the old that they broke and stands out, also the back needs fixed. What about the window frames being bowed down and the windows hard to close, and why is it that the sliding door is the only one that does not have moisture on it? What about the screen door with the big lock on it that does not open all the way to reach the handle for the glass door while outside? What about my time wasted for what should have been a one day job? I can’t forget about the kitchen floor being higher around the door now. I believe I need six on your side to help.
