Review: Champion installed sliding glass window units in my sunroom. The stationary side of one of the sliding units has water condense between the two panes of glass on mornings when the glass is cold. This only happens in one of the units within the stationary side. Champion was called and told of the problem. The pane was to be replaced at the same time that 2 storm doors were to be installed. When the pane arrived, the doors were installed but the pane ordered was incorrect and was reordered. Finally, the installation was scheduled and when the tech arrived, he stated that there was no problem with the unit, cleaned the window and left. I called Champion on 9-14 and talked to the tech who said that there was no problem with the pane and that the moisture I observed was on the exterior of the glass. I had confirmed that the moisture was between the panes previously. I again called Champion on 9-14 and requested that the supervisor call me. I was told that he was not available, but would return my call. As of this date he has not called.Desired Settlement: Champion honors their warranty and replaces the faulty pane.
Review: We had our roof installed by Champion and we have a couple of issues.
1. The ridge caps on both roof ridges are crooked.
2. One ridge cap close to the vent pipe on the main roof has a big tear on it which can cause leak.
3. Shingles feel puffy not tight like the old roof,at the bottom of the main roof where it meets the ridge of the lower roof.
4. Did not replace the old chimney shim with a new one. They painted over the old rusty one and did not even cover all the rust area that's going to rot and cause leak.
5. They threw away some of the leaves guard from the gutters.Desired Settlement: We need all these issues fix as soon as possible!

Response:
This complaint was entered while we were still working on the project. All of the concerns have been taken care of. We removed ridge cap and installed new ridge vent and cap. The painted chimney flashing was removed and new flashing was installed. Purchased matching leave guard and installed. Shingles checked by separate roofer and verified they were installed properly. We left message for the homeowner to contact us if there are any further concerns.
