Called Business spoke with K***He stated he cant tell what the $ [redacted] was for in the photoIf it was applied to the down payment of the vehicle or if it was for a warrantyThat they don't have any documents on file stating that a warranty was purchasedThat the car was purchased AS- ISK [redacted] stated that a refund will not be issued but he will send in documents for a warranty to be put on the vehicleThe warranty will be 5-year or 100,milesHe stated that he is going to get this information sent out today and it should be in affect around Wednesday March 1st, if not soon

Purchased vehicle 2005,BMW, Mini Cooper on 01/21/ Transmission was not working properly.Went inside told owner Mechanic drove vehicle said same thingOwner said, vehicle was covered by warranty and it could be fixedI asked were they sure, he said yes to myself and my husband to this time and date nothing has been done by champs auto sales or the warranty company I have put out money to have vehicle serviced and taken to two service providers that the warranty company has turned down only to leave me with the service bill of having the vehicle evaluated for transmission damage

I purchase a vehicle from Champs [redacted] *** truck I had it two days I paid for a oil change and the MD inspectionThe [redacted] broke down so they agreed to allow me to get another car since they had [redacted] in cash of my moneyThey had a [redacted] for $ [redacted] so I figure I can break even with this carWhen I got there they had the paper work ready for me to purchase the infinityI started reading over the paper work and realize they took the price up they added another [redacted] I told them that wasn't the listed price they kept saying it is the listing priceThey went into the computer change the price that was listed so it could reflect the extra [redacted] dollarsMy wife took a picture of the current selling price but at the time could not find it so it was our word against there'sAt this time we in bed with them they don't do refunds and that was the cheapest car on the lotI HI has to sign paper work stating that I will make four payments of [redacted] and one payment of [redacted] dollars

HII have received a complaint from a past customer case # [redacted] ( [redacted] ) for repair issues ....I purchased this vehicle on the 21st from the auction for Mr [redacted] , when I brought the car back here , he test droved it , put it on the lifter and examined the car After that we sent the car for inspection right away , it failed for minor things like light bulbs , breaks and rotors we sent it back ...it passedMr and Mrs [redacted] came in after and signed all documents for the car ..knowing we sell car as and its written on my walls and on documents that they signed Our dealership sales all cars as ...Mrs [redacted] purchased a warranty with the bank of 2years /miles ...I told her husband that he needs to take the car to a certify mechanic to check the car but I am not responsible for mechanic or or any car was sold ...Mrs [redacted] still owe the company $for work done ...her credit card keeps coming declinedI will email u all docs that they signed and it will show that the car was sold and also will show there was no problems with the car oh also a picture or mr [redacted] holding the keys and happy to drive the car home....thank you [redacted]

I have phone logs to prove that they were not trying to get in contact with me for over a month. And when they did reach me I told them I would arrange to take the day off. I did that and drove out to them to re-sign the paperwork. I never received a call to come and pick up any tags AT ALL. Champs Auto Sales staff member Brittany offered to mail temporary tags not the hard tags. Where are my hard tags. Knowing how important it is to have the hard tags for the vehicle I would not go and get them if I was contacted and informed that the hard tags were ready. I had to contact them to see where the tags were after I was attempting to get the hard tags on my own from a local tag and title office. I was informed then that the dealer I purchased the car from was responsible for getting my hard tags. That is when I contacted Champs Auto to find out where the tags. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:They're all liarsI should be very angrymonths.no resolve.My car has been left there at least 5-times since july.whoever responded to the complaint hasn't been properly informed.They couldn't have even read my complaint.the salesman told me I was getting a bumper to bumper warranty.They all tried to get me to use the warranty.They knew my issues weren't covered under the warranty.They lights didn't work.Power steering went out on the hwy while in another state.They claim to have sent my car to a gmc dealer.I don't believe it.The head mechanuc said my side detection system is working correctly.Its not from what the chevy dealer just told me.I was very patient with them.Even referred people to them.I think the salesman showed me a bogus car reportHe said it was hit on the.lot,just cosmetic damage.They were very upset that I filed this complaint.Said if I would resend the complaint they would fix my car.Their response was all lies so I couldn't agree.I have uber transactions showing I left from the dealer.Which means I left my carPeople have dropped me off & picked me up from there.They give a loaner&it wouldn't start an hour later.They had to send a tow truck to get it out my backyard.I have wasted so much of my time & money.Even missed work.Where is the compensation?They don't care about doing good business, they just want your money.All I ask is to be fair&finish what they started.The most recent time last month my car was there for 6days in a row.I sent my dad to pick it up.They didn't ask for id or anything.Just gave my car away.Then they didn't even put my front grille back in.So now they're even causing damage to my car.My sister was there to witness him saying it was a bumper to bumper warranty.Thats what finally made me buy the car.The first week I got the car I took it back up there.They have never once apologized for time.They refuse to take ownership.I would never had filed this complaint had they fixed my car as they were supposed toIf they are willing to fix the water leak,the temp.sensor, and my side detection system, I will drop the complaint.They have been very rude about everything.They don't return calls&leave you on hold for extreme amounts of time.I work for the biggest telecommunications company in the worldI deliver great customer service everydayI've only given them the same respect they have given me.Regards,

I have been in contact with Champs Auto for months now and each time they say they are sending in to get the warranty which they never doI have contacted Auto Save and asked each time I have called and they tell me each time that they have not received anything from Champs Auto for *** ***K*** is stating that they have no record of the $*** that we paid for the warranty, that payment could be for a down payment on the vehicleWell, please see the attached, we paid for the vehicle in fullThe receipt is stapled to the Auto Save agreement was the payment for the warrantyWe paid two separate transactions, one for the full payment of the vehicle and the other was for the warrantyI have contacted my bank for the bank statement, which will clearly show the two transactions made to Champs Auto ]

we were notified by the Lender that she was needed to re-signAt this point we proceeded to contact Mrs*** to notify her of the Lender's request and had no luckWe proceeded to contact her daily for over one month in hope to reach her and again had no luckBy this time her first set of temporary Tags had expiredAt the 5th week Mrs*** came in and re-signed and at this point we issued her another set of tagsWe did not speak with her again for weeks and we spoke of her tags expiringWhen her tags came in we contacted her so she could pick up her tags.She stated it was to far to drive and demanded that we mail them to her(We do not mail tags) To accommodate her we decided to go out of our way and mail her tags to her considering she lives in MDConsidering it was late Saturday when we spoke with her to mail her tags the post office was closedThe next available morning we Mailed her tags Via Postal ServicesIf Mrs*** would have picked her tags up in person her tags would not have never expired before she got her tagsWe also apologized for any inconvenience and we sent her the tracking numberAt this point we have went out of our way for Mrs*** and have done everything we can to accommodate her. Please see the attached, The receipt is attached to the original warranty agreementI had to go back to Champs Auto to have them do a 2nd agreementI called Auto Save and they have no record or anything being submitted.They have been giving me lots of different reasons why we have not received our warrantyAt this point I would just like a refund of my money They have been given me one excuse after another as to why the agreement has not been filledI do believe this whole thing is a scam, they took my money and pocketed it

I purchased a car from this dealer months ago Time was ending on the temporary tags I phoned them to see why I had not received my tags I was placed on hold for over minutes and then hung up on I called multiple times after that and only got the voicemail Once I finally spoke with an actual person I was told that my tags should be there I was told I would get a return call and never did so I had to call back again This time I spoke with the "manager" and he told me to email him the address to where he should send the tags and he would overnight them to me and provide me with the tracking number for this process This was in the morning on Thursday November The tags expired on November 18th I never received the tracking number and the tags did come like he said they would I called all day on Saturday the 20th and spoke with the "secretary" and was assured that the tags would be sent overnight on Saturday On Monday the 21st of November still no tags so

The Customer Purchased the Vehicle No Warranty from the Dealership The Customer Purchased a Vehicle Service Contract with the Vehicle We have attempted on numerous occasions to resolve the customers Issue The Problem is that the customer does not want to wait and leave
the vehicle Numerous people have attempted to speak to her but she come in screaming and demanding that we repair her vehicle right then and thereNot taking into place that our staff are already working on other projects and the garage is full
