Review: I orderd a pair of shoes on Sunday July 7th and recieved a e-mail confirmation. The email said they would be shipped to store for pick up in 5-6 days. 4 Days later they sent an e-mail saying they did not have the product but I could order something else on line! After four day I was plannig to pic them up tomorrow they are for work!Desired Settlement: I would think they implement a system that would alert customers tonot order the item, if they system as was in this case allows the customer to order then I should be able to get a smilar item free of charge, I put my faith in them and need these for work I could have orderd from some one else and had the shoes and not jeopardized my employment. A quick response to this could have saved me embaressement and possible loss of employment!

Review: I placed a order for a pair of shoes, today on May 30th, 2015. The payement had went through, a few hours later I recieved a call from a champs representive. Which stated they could not accept my payment method and would give me a refund. Also if I wanted to replace the order I could, however id have to western union the money. But by the time I could western union the money the shoes would then be sold out, and unavailable for me to place a order. Then I asked why I was recieving a refund, the representative would not give me a explanation. Other than I was linked to my ex boyfriend. Again I asked how I was linked to him, she refused to say. I then asked to speak to someone in management. I was trasnferred and the manager proceeded to tell me champs could not except my payment method due to my ex boyfriend using the adress in the past, which is what they say has linked me to him. I explained we are not linked together, because we were not married. Reguardless, of him using my adress in the past should not affect me. I will not accept his debts nor am I responsible for his debts. I had explained that I had placed the order,payed with my credit card, used my pesonal adress and that the shoes I ordered were for my brother as a birthday gift.The manager said this was their policy, and there was nothing they could do. Unfortunetly now I'm is unable to recieve the shoes and send them. I was not involved with whatever has happened between champs and my ex, we were not married so I am not personally responsible for him or his debts. Also when I stated this to the manager, she would not look into this and handle the issue. It is against the law to hold me accountable for someone elses debts, and I would like for this to be handled immediatly.Desired Settlement: I would like to place a order, and not have to send money through a western union. Also to unlink me from my boyfriend, and unlink him from my personal adress. So that I may place a order once again.

Review: I placed an online order with champs sports on 2/13/16, order number [redacted]. I received a confirmation email along with a shipping email including tracking number. On the date of delivery US delivered my package to a different address (I have proof via email confirmation). I immediately contacted UPS and asked if the driver can go retrieve my package as it was a sweet 16 gift for my daughter. The UPS driver could not locate my package where "he left it". I was told to contact the shipper to open an investigation which I did. I received an email from champ sports with the investigation number 3313858. As of today 3/2/16 I not received any update from champ sports or ups. I contacted champ sports this evening and was told by a customer service agent that they are not liable for my missing package that I should call ups. I called ups and they informed me that since champ sports opened an investigation there is nothing they can do that champ sports needs to assist me. Now I've called both companies a total of 4x this evening and continue to receive the run around. The fact remains that I still do not have the merchandise I paid for!!!! I have made complaints against both companies and just need an answer, my package or refund. The last customer service agent I spoke to at champs stated my investigation is closed but I am confused as it was open 1/2 hour ago and I have no product to show for my payment!Desired Settlement: I want the merchandise I paid for or a refund. The running around in am receiving is horrible as no one wants to take blame.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes for my son which were shipped on feb 16. I was suppose to get them by the 19th. I have not gotten them. I tried to email champs and the email gets returned as mailer dameon. I have called several times and have gotten no where with anyone. They promise to call you back and I don't hear anything. I got one email on last monday saying an investigation happened and I should hear in four days. I have no follow up email or phone contact. I requested a refund (there is insurance on the package) and they want to do an investigation.Desired Settlement: I want a refund immediately. I can't get my son another pair of shoes until I get a refund.

Review: On 3/30/15 I went into 14385 Champs in Woodfield Mall and was told by sales associate [redacted] that I could place an order for a [redacted] 1 AS grey shoe product #[redacted] for the price of $130.00 plus tax. I paid in store and was given an order number and told to expect my product in 3-5 business days. I received an email on the same day indicating that Champs was unable to fulfill the order. I called customer service on 4/1/15 at 2:16pm CST and was told I by a customer service representative that Champs would mail me a Refund Check of $141.70. On 4/16/15 I received a refund check for the amount of $21.80. On 4/16/15 at 1:43pm CST I called champs customer service to locate the other $119.90 I was verbally promised. The representative [redacted](not sure of spelling) informed me that I had been sent a gift card instead of cash due to an internal champs error. I informed the representative that I shouldn't have to pay the price for champs error and was told even though it was their error I was at fault, so have a nice day.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund of $141.70 in check form as I was promised it would be delivered on 4/1/15 and if Champs is unable to honor their word, I would be willing to accept a $20 gift card as a concession for the misleading sales practices by Champs both in store and on the customer service hotline. Or I would take the product I ordered, and champs could void the refund as a third alternative.

Review: I place online order on 12/7/2014 and I choose the pickup at the store option.I receive a shipping confirmation from Champs from one of my shoes the other two I reserved at the store for me. a total amount of 227.29 was charged to my debit card. UPS send me a delivery confirmation on the 12th and I was at the store to pick up my order on the 13th. They didn't have my order complete only one pair. I was not inform about my order situation and I request a refund for my money. I was told I need call Champs customer service and to wait 7 days for a refund that they don't have anything to do with online orders. I explain I was leaving for a month vacation out of the country and I need it my money to purchase the shoes for my family from another store. I was ask to leave the store because she did't want her customer to hear my complaints I told her I am Supervisor myself and I can see she didn't have the knowledge to handle customer needs and that she can use some training at the point she states "I AM PREGNANT AND DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH IT"-would call Security to take you out.! I did't have a problem leaving but yes not getting my money back. At the time I see the officers coming in the store I experience a very intense pain in my chest and coudn't breath the Officers told me to leave the store that they don't deal with Online orders there. I call 911 to get help with my health problems I ask my sister to take me out but couldn't walk anymore I was surrounded by lot of people. Try to look for my asthma medication but did't find it and start having a panic attack and a very intense pain in my chest. My sister was able to pick me up from the floor and drive me to hospital.I receive a refund on my debit card for the amount of 151.53.I contact Champs to ask for the 75.76 since my order was not complete.They said can't have my money back because package was place on the gurney. My signature was required to pick up my order per my request. I never took the shoes with me.Desired Settlement: understand why I did't receive notification of my order status.Full refund of my money.The reason I was given store pick up if the store don't deal with online orders. a copy of the surveillance video since I was unconscious and I was told Supervisor was laughing at my health issues.the policy about returns and and Explanation of the need of taking me out of the store with Security.payment to the state Medical for hospital bill.
