Review: I thought the website was the USPS and was paying $1 for changing my address when in reality it was a private enterprise that misrepresented itself and charged my 39.95.Desired Settlement: I want my money back from these charlatons

Review: The company Changemyaddress.com is a huge fraud. I changed the address for Mr. [redacted] because it claimed to only cost $1.50, yet his account was charged for $40. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions via their website and e-mail address they provided, yet they keep giving us the run-around and referring us to their website again. Then claim we are contacting the wrong company!

I also see after further research that there were articles about them being a fraudulent company. How could they continue with such a scam?Desired Settlement: I would like for the $40 to be refunded back into Mr. [redacted] account. following is the transaction details:
