company claims I owe money on a payday loanOriginal lender Paragon Funding first received a voice mail saying If I do not return the phone call I will be served by local authorities on a suit against me I called s/w with Paul from Chaplain financial services and said I had an outstanding payday loan never paid back to paragon funding I notified Paul I do not have any outstanding payday loans and he needed to show proof / documentation that I took out a payday loan back in I gave him my email address and all he sent to me was a demand letter for $or a settlement of This is not proof that I took any loans out I looked up Paragon Funding and they are no longer in business I checked my credit report and there is nothing on my credit showing I owe paragon funding any debt nor with Chaplain Financial Services I am not giving any money to anybody until they can provide proof I owe this money

I've received several calls from this company over the last couple of weeks stating that I owe their client money from a payday loan that I took out in I didn't take out a payday loan in or anywhere around that time They've threaten me several times by telling me they are taking me to court and has stated that they have witness from my family that will show up in court to say that I took out a loan with their client I don't know who they are and I'm tired of them calling me

On 10/i rec'd a call from Chaplin Financial saying they were representing Alpine Direct Services and that they were suing me for non payment of a payday loan of $from and that it was now and that if I paid it in days it would be satisfied I explained that I didnt remember any Alpine Company and he said that loans are re-assigned to other companies all the time - I said that any payday loan that I had was included in my ChBankruptcy in They said that they sent a bill to me in mail but I have not lived at that address for a year and a half He also said that the bill has been sitting on his desk for months because he has been too busy to call me until now The case # is *** They called me from*** He also said that payday loans have verbiage in thier contract that says that they cannot be included in bankruptcy??
