I have been receiving calls in regards to an unpaid pay day loan which I never took out This is the latest scam company to call for payment
I have received several calls from Chaplain Financial in regards to a payday loan they said I took out and never repaid The phone # they call from is *** in *** When you answer its an automated message saying they are going get your county to serve you paperwork at your home or place of employment And that if you are absent from your job that your supervisor has to signThey leave a phone number of *** and a reference # of *** and tell you to call them back The only greeting you get is "how may I direct your call?" No company anime or anythingAs soon as I said I knew this was a scam she hung up on me I called back one more and she hung up on me again This is the latest in a long line of companies doing this scam They call my parents, my work, old family members I want this to stop

first received a voice mail saying If I do not return the phone call I will be served by local authorities on a suit against me I called s/w with Paul from Chaplain financial services and said I had an outstanding payday loan never paid back to paragon funding I notified Paul I do not have any outstanding payday loans and he needed to show proof / documentation that I took out a payday loan back in I gave him my email address and all he sent to me was a demand letter for $or a settlement of This is not proof that I took any loans out I looked up Paragon Funding and they are no longer in business I checked my credit report and there is nothing on my credit showing I owe paragon funding any debt nor with Chaplain Financial Services I am not giving any money to anybody until they can provide proof I owe this money

The company left a message saying I owe for a loan in 2011.They said the have the local procecuter served me for itIt turns out that it is a scam but I paid them dollars out of I don't know if I can get my money back but I want to help others so they want be takenThe people I talk to were *** *** and *** ***They couldn't tell me the name of the loan companyIt seems they get you rattled because you don't want to get fined or suedIf you need more info let me know
