I backed this company for their thincharge phone caseThey have sent it twice and both times they say it's gone missing in the postThey say they may have a different address of mine and a different email of mine and after checking with them they have the correct information for meStill nothing! [redacted] It's been months and months since they first sent me the shipping tracking numberThen a second tracking number and nothing! I'll be lucky if I ever see thisIf I do happen to get it I don't have any confidence that it'll be a working item Stay away from this company! Every aspect of their business is extremely poor! I've backed 80+ projects on kickstarter and the like so I know the risksMost are great but there are a few that aren't and ChargeTech is not good at all! Bad product quality and bad customer service! STAY AWAY!!!

I have had multiple interactions with the company before contacting Revdex.com In every interaction I was told that the item did not ship yet and was repeatedly told I would receive a tracking number by the end of the week I have never received a tracking number While their response is that the item was lost in transit, I have no evidence that the item was ever shipped in the first place nor have they contacted me to inform me directly that the item has been expedited I will reply again if I do receive the product, but as yet, I have not seen any evidence that this issue has been resolved beyond the company offering yet another deferral claiming it is "on the way"

Regrettably, there was some miscommunication from our end and an error within our's partners' *** and ***'s platforms causing a delay in fulfilling *** *** contribution reward, however we have since then tried to rectify this issue. and half truths to *** *.’s statementsI have attached a
detailed timeline since august 2014. I
also have copies of emails, screen shots from the campaign comment page, etc
to support the timeline detailsI receive campaign updates send to all contributors which means I am in THEIR
database. How can HE SAY I am not on file???
It is quite obvious
that they don't check their emails not to mention that the email address for
correspondences kept changing which made it hard to keep track of thingsThere are so much evidences right on the Comments page of ChargeAll’s campaign
So many people stated they are not responsive and/or have not received
the product So are they claiming all of us are lying? Indiegogo also informed me they tried to
contact ChargeAll on my behalf but failed.
Yet *** said they have been emailing them and cc’d me. So he is saying both *** and I are
lying?
I am sure you get a
headache just reading the attached timeline.
So imagine the anguish and stress they have caused me since I am the one
who have to keep track of this whole messI have send copies of all correspondences with ChargeAll and ***
(email, online, etc.) to my credit card company and they agreed with me and
have issued me a creditRegards,

I would not recommend doing business with this companyThey do not honor agreements with customersI saw them on a local news station where they were giving away free productsI was interested so I filled out the form and received a receipt for the product with free shippingThe order was placed in JanuaryIn February I received an email asking me to provide feedback on the product which at this point I had not received.I contacted customer service via online instant messaging and was told that there was a delay but should get it soonHere we are in April and still no product so I email customer serviceI was then told the free product was for only the first people but here is a coupon code for 75% offI requested an explanation as to why my order went through if I was not one of the first peopleI received no explanation other than it was for only the first people and here is a coupon codeThey are refusing to provide an explanation and refusing to honor the orderThey over promised and under delivered which has now left a bad taste in my mouth on how they are as a company and how they might treat me if I ever bought a product from themIf they over offered it is on them as a company to make this right with potential customers who if they liked the free product would come back and buy more productsI will not buy from this company and have taken to social media as well so all of my friends, family and co-workers ( I work for a very large tech company in the SF Bay Area) know not to do business with this company either
