Promise to move address to another location then later cancelled under false pretenses.
December 24, went to leasing office to put in a transfer request for a new apt. Transfer was accepted and new apartment move in date was to be January 26 2019. Upon move in, prorated rent charges were applied if $1023 and paid before Jan 1st. Upon date to receive keys for new apt. Was told unable to move in due to not being able to transfer to another apt of same caliber for lower rate. Leasing office did not take transfer request as part of 60 day notification of leaving premises and was not aware that I would have to submit another 60 day notice to move out before my lease. Upon ending of lease received a statement for $1660 for month to month lease agreement. Tried to get in contact with property manager on several occasions about the amount to be told she was not available by leasing agent Alicia. Finally spoke to Emily who told me I either had to do ANOTHER 60 day notice since my initial notice in December did not apply to my situation but I also had to pay $1660 plus late fee. I felt this was unfair in my situation since I did put notice to vacate current property in December. But was told last minute I could not get the apartment I wanted. They agreed first that I could just pay prorated rent and late fee because at this point I was a week late in paying rent. I tried to come in Friday (02/08-02/10) to avoid eviction filing to get told by Alicia she was waiting for Emily, property manager, to give her a response. Today, 2/11/19, I called Emily after my boyfriend talked to her and she told me I had 2 options. To pay $1151 and put in ANOTHER 60 day notice or renew lease. I advised I did not want to renew lease but did not find it suitable that I had to put in another 60 day notice when this was done in December initially. I was upset and hung up. Then advised my boyfriend of our options. He told me just do the 60 day notice and pay. I called back to pay to find out now it's 1151 plus filing fee because they filed the eviction which I was not given a deadline at the first initial call. Which then I had to pay $1151 for rent, $216 for filing fee, and $185 for additional charge for prorated rent which was an incorrect statement from the leasing agents not advising us of not being able to move into new property. Ended up paying $1670.71 today and still have to pay for 2 more months at this property which I feel is completely unfair being I let them know in Dec 2018 that I wanted to get out of that exact apartment

Desired Outcome

I want to not have to pay the next 2 months of rent as well be refunded for the $216 for the eviction charges
